Studio 4 On Fearn is a modern, stylishly appointed open plan passive solar apartment. Warm in winter and cool breezes during summer lets the environment regulate your lifestyle.
North facing with concertina doors, brings the outside in for breakfast on the balcony or alfresco dinners with the Margaret River forest as a back drop. Situated in the heart of the town centre Studio 4 has a fully self-contained kitchen for your cooking convenience or you can dine out at close by award winning restaurants.

Two bedrooms both with queen beds, crisp clean linen and quality bedding. Two bathrooms, with the main bathroom having a spa bath for your relaxation. Fully self contained kitchen including Nespresso Pod Machine. Smart TV, DVD player and assorted DVDs, bluetooth speaker and guests also have free unlimited access to WIFI. There are also umbrellas for guests to use in winter.

With award winning wineries and world famous surf only a short distance away you can drive or arrange for tours to show you why the Margaret River region is such a sought after destination.

Convenient location in town. View not great as looks out to back of Cole’s and car park but we knew that on booking. Clean and had everything we needed. Few items could be upgraded but overall very happy with the accomodation.

This property has all you need for a very comfortable stay in Margaret River. It is walking distance to shops and restaurants. Fantastic apartment in the heart of Margaret River

Spent a couple of nights at this lovely apartment within a 30 second walk from the main street of Margaret River. Light and airy with two bathrooms and bi fold doors onto the large balcony which was lovely in the evening . My only criticism was the very squeaky bed frame in the master bedroom .Many thanks for a fantastic stay and will definitely be back.

We decided to plan a last minute getaway to Margs and chose Studio 4 on Fearn. The property was clean, tidy and very conveniently located. Once the car was parked, it didn’t move until our departure as we made use of local wine & brewery tour operators. Only complaint would be noise from those going about their morning routines and wrk days. However we did sleep with the balcony sliding door open. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Location was perfect

Lovely unit. Need to reconsider the bed, Squeaky when i roll over would not recommend a romantic weekend with others in the unit. Auto lighting does not come on in stair well at night through the frount door until you get to the second level. Not safe for older , or non-confident footed people. Coffee machine great would appreciate long life/fresh milk. Otherwise great.

Hi Lynne, Thank you for your comments. Feedback is always appreciated. I will look into the squeaky bed (not sure which room) and also the automated lighting in the stairwell - will just need slight adjusting with the sensor.
