Perfect Accomodation in a Perfect Town

The Harrietville Cottage is beautiful, cosy and well-equipped. The gardens are superb and make for an excellent place to relax. The addition of an outdoor fire place is excellent, really complementing the mountainous atmosphere. We would highly recommend this place to couples and families wanting to visit what is for us one of the most beautiful places in Victoria - Harrietville.

We arrived on Friday and had no problem finding the cottage and getting access. Very cute, warm and cosy. Fully equipped kitchen. Good heating with extra heaters in the bedroom and electric blankets on the bed. Extra blankets in press. Tv, DVD and radio. BBQ on the back porch. Lovely sunny aspect and chairs on the front and rear porches to enjoy the gardens. Would recommend this to friends and will return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Harrietville Cottage. It's in a great location away from the crowds of Bright but still near the rail trail, lovely hikes and cafes. If we return to the area, we'd stay here again.

We enjoyed 5 nights in this delightful cottage set in beautiful Harrietville. The cottage is spotless and extremely well fitted out with all the requirements for a great holiday in a beautiful location. We will certainly return to this great little cottage!

Perfect cottage for a mountain escape

We had an wonderful relaxing three night stay. The cottage is warm, cosy and centrally located. The description of the 'fully equipped kitchen' doesn't do justice to the amenities offered. There was everything we could need including olive oil and various condiments. This little cottage is comfortable, inviting and very homely, we're already planning our return trip. Harrietville is great place to base yourself close to all that part of the high country has to offer, yet away from the hustle and bustle of larger more touristy towns. We thoroughly recommend it.

We loved our 5 night stay Harrietville Cottage! From the moment we walked in we felt relaxed-lovely,neat set-up with everything we needed!Peaceful,quiet setting & lovely views-enjoyed sitting on either the front or back porch to read with a coffee after a day exploring the many different surrounding areas -easy access to everything you need in Bright,with great places to eat!Hope to return again!

Fabulous property

I only spent 2 nights here and I was not up there for pleasure but was so pleased with the accommodation. This cottage was spotlessly clean, the beds comfortable & was a great comfort to come back to. Everything you could imagine was provided & I would highly recommend it. Great place to stay for a relaxing holiday - quiet with lovely front and back yard and great outlook. Loved the gold rush memorabilia and quaint effects. Beds and lounge suite very comfortable, just what was needed after hiking the Razorback trail to Mt.Feathertop!
