Our Beautiful Garden Cottage is a country style house

Our Beautiful Garden Cottage is a country style house ( Don’t mix it with Hotel luxury) . You can relax and unwind, and enjoy the experience of mountain views and country life.
You are 9 minutes to Mount Beauty, 30 minutes to Bright or 40 minutes to Falls Creek. Garden Cottage House has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a comfortable living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom, a laundry and a private deck .FREE Wi-Fi .Enjoy a quiet BBQ with the views of mountains.

There is a nest cam covering the entrance, for your protection. We have a single Video Surveillance camera at the front of our Garage. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy.

You can enjoy Wi-Fi and can work away from home for a few days to enjoy the nature.
The Cottage is a well appointed cosy cottage with beautiful decor and a well-equipped kitchen offering every thing you could want for an enjoyable Romantic Getaway including complete privacy, onsite Parking and Beautiful Views. The house is all yours! We want you to feel comfortable in your home away from home.
*The cottage has beautiful mountain views from the front and back deck.
*A well-appointed kitchen with brand-new appliances, so you can keep the gang happy and fed.
*You may prefer to venture outdoors to BBQ on the large elevated decking and enjoy the stunning alpine mountains.
*For those cold winter evenings, the wood fire will provide a warm and cosy atmosphere. Wood is provided. The air conditioner is reverse cycling for all year comfort. We have electric blankets and room heaters as well to keep you warm.
*The two bedrooms consist of two queen size beds.
*Bath, separate shower.
*Flat Screen LCD TV/DVD and CD player
*All linen, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for your stay.
*NOTE - Hot water heats up overnight, so please use hot water wisely and if you use the full tank you will need to wait for the next morning for the hot water. Since it's an old hot water system, the Hot water tap gives boiling hot water, so please be cautious while using it and always turn on the cold-water tap first to avoid any danger, and please supervise kids when they are using the Hot water.
During the winter months, the temperature to single figures, so you may like to bring extra blankets.

Loved our little stay at this property. We used it as a base for our skiing vacation and it was perfect! The hosts were friendly and helpful, the property is well presented and very spacious and well equiped with everything you could need and more! It feels very homely, comfortable and warm and we would definitely love to stay there again in the future!

Location is great! Very warm and closey for family. Our kids love it. Overall is good.

We all enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and well equipped family home. As we stayed in winter the wood fired heater added great atmosphere to the standard heating. Beautiful scenery and beautiful garden with a balcony we also enjoyed. Owners are very friendly and were happy to refund when we had to cancel the previous year due to Covid.

Second time we stayed here. This little garden house is the best I’ve ever stayed at, it has everything that a normal household would need, also very clean and tidy, cosy with spectacular mountain view at the back deck, front garden is super cute too, we could sit at the verandah for hours looking at those cute flowers. The host Manny has been very kind and communicative. Will definitely come back!

Tawonga long weekend stay

The property is in a quiet street and is close to Mt Beauty. Easy access to walking tracks and shopping. The Settlers Pub in Tawonga has great food. The house has everything you need for your stay and the wood heater keeps you toasty warm. The owners are great to communicate with throughout the stay.

We have a 1 year old who cannot sleep in a bunk bed as it’s not safe for him. If the property can be made little more accommodating for the young ones then it will really help future guests

Lovely cosy cottage with a view

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well equiped. My son always check whether there is scissors provided in the kitchen and indeed there was (actually 2!). View was great from the deck, very relaxing. Beds were comfortable, kids really enjoyed sleeping in the bunk bed. Host was very responsive!

Attentive hosts for a quiet and private location

Communication with Manny was exceptional. She not only ensured that we knew where everything was, but went out of her way to investigate local offerings. The front garden was perfect, cool and private. In addition, it extended our dinners with home-grown vegetables. Lastly, bikes were available for guests. We would be very happy to return.

Great place to stay to explore the alpine region. We woke to the sun rising over the mountains and had a short trip up Falls creek to ski for the day. Plenty of space for us to relax in when we got back down the mountain. Thanks manny!

Lovely house and friendly host

A compact but well-equipped and comfortable house with very welcoming and responsive hosts. We particularly appreciated the wood fire already lit to welcome us when we arrived, the very quick and helpful response when we had a minor technology glitch, and the back deck was a very pleasant place to spend time enjoying the mountain view. Would recommend.
