Great house in a great location!

The house is very spacious and convenient to many locations. The beaches located near the property are nice, and the recommendations by the owner on other beaches are spot on. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great family getaway!

Fully stocked, very accommodating with gorgeous patio and pool! We had wonderful meals on the patio cooking at home, pool was very clean and perfect temp for hot days! Owner was very communicative.

Great place!

We had a great stay at Maria’s place. The house was clean and was stocked with everything we needed for cooking in. The pool in the backyard was the perfect touch, our kids loved it. Maria was great with communication & had great recommendations for beaches and food places to check out.

Great location

Great family vacation!

Quiet Neighborhood

Great place to relax and enjoy with family and friends. Easy access for seniors. The pool was cleaned and comfortable. We spent most of the time in the terrace enjoying the weather. The bedrooms were spacious and the house included plenty of everything: games, towels, shampoo, cleaning detergents, bags.

Beautiful Home!!

We had an amazing time!! The house is located in a very quiet gated community close to everything. The beach is less than a 5 min drive down the same street. We loved the pool area which felt like a private resort with plenty of space, seating and an outdoor half bath. The house was very clean and spacious. Maria is great host and made sure we had a great stay, great communication!! We will definitely book again plus check out her other beautiful property in the mountains.

Convenient

Convenient location, and fabulous time. Property has 24-hour security that drives around the gated community. Check-in/out instructions were easy to follow. Upon arrival we were a bit confused about which gate to drive through. However, once we figured it out, entering and exiting the property was simple.

This trip was incredibly special for my family of eight. Traveling from California- It was my first time visiting Puerto Rico to see where my parents are from, and having my kids and my mom with me made it unforgettable. The house was absolutely perfect—spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better, and the two bathrooms and large living space made it comfortable for all of us. The backyard pool was the cherry on top, and Maria was such a wonderful, welcoming host. I highly recommend this home for its location, safety, comfort, and hospitality. ¡Gracias, Maria!

This home is amazing

This is my second time staying here I would stay here again ! Maria is an incredible host, she answers back super quick. The home is gorgeous! My kids enjoyed everything about it. The neighborhood is beautiful and the pool is simply so relaxing. My favorite part is definitely sitting outside in the back with the beautiful palm trees surrounding me and my kids playing in the pool. Maria thank you for being amazing ! I definitely recommend!!!

Great Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The property is in a great location, only minutes away from Beaches, restaurants, supermarket, casino. Only 30 mins away from San Juan. Maria is a great host, very responsive and has great information about the local area. I would recommend the beach right outside the development, it has restaurant/bars on the beach. The house is a lot bigger than it shows in the pictures. We used the pool everyday, nice big patio with plenty of chairs. I would not hesitate booking this home again. Muchas gracias Maria

Peaceful and Beautiful

We had an amazing trip to PR! This home was exactly what we needed! It was so peaceful after a full day of adventure! The pool made a great place to cool down and enjoy the ocean breeze the stars and the nature sounds! At night it was so quiet and brought exactly the peace we needed! The owner is great at communication and keeps the home clean! Maria leaves a cute book out for notes from previous guest, adorable! This house is in great location near food and beaches! Nice and cool inside and enough room for families to enjoy! Your family won’t regret the stay!

Beach House

My family and I had a wonderful time at Maria’s Beautiful Beach House. Everything was near by beach, 24 hours Supermarket, Restaurants, bowling alley and many other places. The house is amazing! Private pool, grill, outdoor shaded seating area, 5 air conditioning units, comfortable beds, 2 televisions, work station, two living rooms and dining area. Kitchen could use some upgrades but has everything you need. I would definitely recommend this house and will certainly return:)) Thank you Maria for sharing your beautiful house with us 🙏❤️

Had a great time! I was only not happy with the pool guy randomly showing up as we were by the pool on our last morning and didn't know he was coming until I saw a last minute text. Didn't have my phone on me at the moment... Otherwise it was a great experience.

Sibling Bonding Time!!

It has been awhile since our family of 4 siblings, has been able to get together due to a number of issues. We finally set the date and picked this beautiful house as our getaway haven. It was clean and fully packed with everything you can think of like towels & kitchen ware. As most comments here, Maria was great supplying information about the neighbohood and it’s gorgeous beaches near by. We all enjoyed it and will always remember our priceless bonding time together and I think you will too!
