Colorado Traction Law: From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

The location was amazing and definitely this place's saving grace. The attached parking lot was a huge plus to have, especially in downtown Breckenridge. If it's a quick trip, this place will be fine. The interior is certainly in need of updating, vintage is a fine description, but does not make up for things in need of repair. For the nightly price it was upsetting to see a ripped open couch cushion and a toilet that barely flushed, and I mean barely. The digital lock broke during our stay, vrbo maintenance was good to work with, but it took 3.5 hours to get fixed, during that time we were locked out of the unit.
The location is fantastic, walk to ski lifts and downtown Breckenridge, no need to drive for the entire duration of our stay

SkyRun Breckenridge!
This place was perfect for a week long get away to do some snowboarding. It's a great location, just a short walk to main street and the grocery store, and right on the bus line.
Location was great for us. 2 blocks from Main Street and right next to Carter Park where we participated in the run and bike events. When we had a shower issue the management and maintenance handled it in less than an hour.
No surprises, property is as shown in listing, kinda small for hanging out, but good place to stay while skiing. Close to town and walkable to quicksilver chair lift.
Condo was great. Had everything to make it an enjoyable stay. Easy walking distance from everything on main street... approx 2-3 blocks from everything.
It was convenient to have laundry on site.

Quaint 3rd story apartment with a view!
The property is cozy and very close to a sledding hill and free bus stop that will take you just about anywhere you need to go in Breck.

Good deal for great location, unit is definitely "vintage"
The location of this condo is great, so close to main street and walking shops and restaurants. The unit itself is described as "vintage" which seems another way to say dated. We found it not to be very clean, cluttered, yet an under stocked kitchen.

Our stay in downtown Breckenridge during Ullr Fest was unforgettable! The condo's prime location allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the festival's festivities, and the cozy, well-appointed space provided a perfect retreat after the day's adventures. Highly recommended for an ultimate Ullr experience!

The apartment is dated but did exactly what we needed it for. We were working on a budget for a friend's skiing trip. The Futon bed isn't really a bed it's made up of 3 items underneath and isn't very comfortable at all, A mattress on the floor would be better suited.
Everything was great. Property is close to everything! Only thing that i did not like was that i contacted host 3 times and never heard a reply. But everything was great. Its really big. The pictures do no justice
Fantastic location in order to access free shuttles to Breck ski lifts. Even better was quick and easy walk to town. Very neat and clean, nicely equipped kitchen. Fans available to keep condo more comfortable. Only two downsides we found - only one bathroom in condo and only one parking space. We would definitely stay again with fewer family members.

The rental was right by the mountain resort so accessing the lifts by walking or by bus was very easy. The loft bed was a bit weird, and tilted a bit, and the bunk area was very hot. Otherwise the space was fantastic.
