Great Restaurants within 2-3 miles. Just 4 blocks north is Caps on the Water. This Restaurant was ranked # 9 most beautiful Restaurants in the United States. A must stop. Others are The Reef, Oceanside, and Beaches of Vilano, which has a Tiki Bar, Music on Weekends and good Food and sunsets.

This house has 3 bedroom, 3 Bathroom and is just 50 steps from the beach. This beautiful beachy chic home is filled with all new furnishings and vintage decor. The open floor plan and new Kitchen has entertainment for Adults and seperate area for kids. All this throughout makes the 1520 sq ft house live even larger. With 2 master suites both with private baths, 1 standard bedrooms . It makes for a perfect family reunion or a friends getaway.

There are 4 Beautiful 600 sq ft decks that provides great space for entertaining, sunning and relaxing. Roof Deck for Adults only - Tanning, stargazing. There is also a gas grill for BBQs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is the perfect place if you're visiting Vilano for a few days like we were. Comfortable home, plenty of space, and a huge bonus - just across the street from the ocean. There's public access right across Coastal Highway. Beautiful way to start your day or wind down your evening. John was a great host, very accommodating and hospitable!!

The house was close to the beach. Three balconies, a small deck on top of the house for viewing the sky, sunrises and sunsets, and nice-sized bedrooms. Very enjoyable time.

A perfect place for a family get together!

We had an amazing 3-night getaway at this home for our family reunion in St. Augustine—6 adults and one pup. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach path!The house was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. John, the host, was quick to respond and helpful with anything we needed.As a Travel Advisor, I’ll absolutely be recommending this property to my clients.Just a heads-up: all bedrooms are on the second floor, so it may not be ideal for guests with mobility issues.

We stayed for 6 days, house was perfect. It was clean, had everything we needed. It is right across the street from the beach!! Plenty of decks and outdoor space. It was lovely!! We brought our lab with us and she loved it also!! Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Summer Vacation

We loved the chill vibe of the house and all the beach equipment that’s included. There’s a footpath over the dunes at the end of the street that’s very convenient. We hope to make another trip back to stay here again!

Vilano Beach

The house is in a great location for the beach. Just walk across the 2-lane Coastal Hwy. Rarely stand there over a minute waiting for an opening to cross. The house is good. My only issue was the inside spiral staircase. We were up and down it ALOT going to and from the kitchen and living room. One of my dogs also had an issue going up and down it. Overall great vacation.
