Siesta Key stay

The property is really spacious & clean. Also well supplied with beach chairs - umbrellas - wagon & nice bicycles. Working with "TheCottagesOnTheKey" with check in, information, and check out via their computer system is greatly appreciated.

Coral Breeze—Outstanding

Amazing vacation! This house has everything you could need. Extremely clean, kitchen was very well supplied for all of your cooking / grilling needs. Pool is great. The information kiosk is extremely helpful. It provides all the information about the area and the house. Check in and Check is the most efficient process I’ve ever used. Cupcakes were amazing We rented a golf cart to make our travel around the key easy. Highly recommend this house!

Siesta Key - great destination for a family vacation

Property is completely renovated, clean, the layout of this one floor home was spectacular for a family of 6. heated pool and jacuzzi were used often at night, Grille on back patio, home was outfitted w utensils and cooking ware needed, 6 beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, a few beach toys (for younger kids). 9 miles from downtown and 1.1 miles from "the beach" at the broken pier, where we went (not crowded), public beach 1.9 miles (very busy), now we understand why Siesta Key beach rated #1 in USA, sand was magnificent, waters were outstanding. Downtown plenty of restaurants, bars, market, shopping - were fun and close. downtown Sarasota 12 min away was impressive, w restuarants, Armands Circle 14 min away great spot for shopping and restaurants. We rented a 4 person golf cart and 2 motorized bikes for the week from Travis at Toy Barn which were key for traveling back and forth to the beach and downtown, recommend as parking is tight at beach, if you go to public beach there is a lot of parking and downtown at night, golf cart easy to park downtown, bikes you can park anywhere, we rented a boat from Capt. Larry from Black Pearl and traveled down the Intracoastal to Venice for the day from siesta key - was a fantastic day, we rented jet skis, paddle boards, kayaks for a couple hours to hit midsummer beach and tour around the south side of Siesta Key. though 4567 Higel Ave. is a .9 miles from downtown and 1.1 miles from beach - the house location was great for us and will definitely return to this great home for another stay at Siesta Key.

Three Relaxing Weeks

This rental was very clean and we loved the pool. Comfortable beds, lovely kitchen. While we found the kitchen to be lacking in some items we find essential if you're cooking, Cottages on the Key delivered the brand new items within 2 hours of our call to them. The welcoming atmosphete upon arrival was a nice touch, and the interactive information board was so helpful with maps, activities, and restaurant suggestions. As an older group of travelers, the location for us was not easy for beach access and The Village. As parking is scarce and difficult to find, this was a bit of a problem for us. But the beach is lovely, the home was comfortable (except for the living room furniture), and I would recommend this property as it is in a nice neighborhood and is a good home away from home.

Conveniently located

It was easy to walk into town from this property it was only about a mile. This was very convenient because parking was so difficult since it was such a busy time of the year. The pool was very relaxing and we did have perfect weather that week.
