Mullaloo Beach L'Oceanne

Absolute beachfront, this property is directly opposite the white sand beach and the stunning Indian Ocean. It is very spacious (300 square meters), with the living area upstairs to enjoy the views to the maximum...At the front there is uninterupeted views, from inside out and from all the balconnies. At the back you will find a "tropical" outdoor area with a an all weather pergola, and a lot of plants, a barbecue, and a heated swimming pool. All bedrooms are doubles, with en suite or semi en suite.
You can walk on the beach and watch dolphins and birds, swim in the heated pool, enjoy the outdoor hot/cold beach shower, relax in the sauna for 6, ride to Hillary's Marina on the cycle way, or to the beach cafe at Burns Beach,watch the whales and all the sunsets from the balcony overlooking the Indian Ocean, or play Golf or tennis at the nearby International renowed Joodalup Golf course.

L'Oceanne is a 2 storey beautiful Mediterranean house, close to all amenities, schools, and the major international Australian City that is Perth (20kms), yet very relaxing. Situation on Google earth: 120 ocean side Promenade. Mullaloo. Sensational for beach holidays, or a discovery of the "Australian Way of life"....

The Australian outdoor life style

Mullaloo has a real coastal village feeling, with parks and barbecues, Tavern and Dome cafe near the surf club only 800ms away from the house. The white sand beach has been classified as one of the 5 top beaches in the world. The school and shops are all within 800ms. The famous Hillary's Marina and it's renowed AQWA, Aquarium and ferrys departing to Rottnest Island are 5 kms away to the South. The Ocean Reef marina is one km away to the North.. We are a quick 20 minutes away from Perth CBD, 40 minutes from "Freo" Fremantle and its markets and cafes.

The northen beaches is the "Australian California coast " with stunning houses along the west coast sunset drive. The nature has been respected with plenty of parks with barbecues, and also bush over the sand dunes.....Patrolled beach is directly opposite the house during the summer months. Excellent snorkelling and scuba diving all within minutes. Mullaloo is a great beach to learn to surf.

Jeff was an excellent host, extremely helpful when we needed it. The house itself is amazing we had absolutely everything we needed. Being a family of 9 we never struggled for space and enjoyed the pool room in the evening. Mulaloo Beach is something else and just across the road from the house. We have made unforgettable memories here and we are all hoping to come back again in the future. Thank you Jeff

Amazing house in Mullaloo

This is a beautiful house with all the features you love when taking a vacation. Quality in every way! We loved staying here for a family reunion and with the upstairs and downstairs layout it accommodates two families very easily! Jeff is a wonderful host and we would love to stay again when we return to Perth!

What a great property and location. Myself and nine family members were all visiting from the UK for a family birthday. L’Oceanne was perfect for us, beautiful home and fantastic location right on the most beautiful beach. Short walk to Mullaloo Beach Hotel - bar and restaurant plus cafes Amore and Dome. Jeff and Agnes were so helpful whenever we needed it and the house is big enough for everyone to congregate together but also have private space. An absolutely fantastic holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to return

Incredible family Christmas

We had the best time at Beach L'Oceanne this Christmas and New Year. It was hard to find a property near my Aussie family, to cater for 5 adults and 2 kids, but we hit the jackpot. Great home, lovely pool, perfect set up, proximity to the beach, etc. But on top of all that, we found the perfect hosts in Jeff and Agnes. So friendly, helpful and available throughout. Faultless. Highly recommend. Just don't go when we want to rebook it! ;)

Best in the WEST!!

Jeff was at the front door ready to greet us with a smile followed by a quick run through all the fantastic features of their lovely home. We had a wonderful time with a pool heated to 28c that the kids didn't want to get out of and the best coffee machine I have ever used in a Stays rental! I would thoroughly recommend L'Oceanne to all. The views of the beach and ocean are amazing and relaxing, coming from the eastern side of Australia it was great to see a sunset over the water! The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms were sapcious and comfortable. The bond was returned very soon after we left and we would definitely stay at L'Oceanne if back in Perth in the future.

Terrific property

Our time at L'Oceanne was excellent. The home is clean and well appointed. The owner called multiple times during our visit to make certain our stay was satisfactory. The description and pictures represent the property quite well. We had no disappointments nor surprises. I would recommend the property to future travelers. Also, I want to mention that the bond on the property was higher than I am accustomed to paying and it made me a little nervous, but after seeing the property, the bond falls in line with the quality of the home and furnishings. The owner processed our refund extremely fast so it was no problem at all.

Perth Family Reunion

We had an incredible time at Jeff and Agnes’ beautiful house. We had three generations staying and we all had an absolutely fantastic time. The perfect family holiday home!

We chose this property for our family christmas reunion. Our 3 daughters and their families from UK and New Zealand joined us from Singapore for an unforgettable celebration made all the better by the wonderful holiday home. A great place to stay!!

We spent 4 nights together as an extended family for some special celebrations. Family members traveled from overseas and interstate for the occasion. L'Oceanne was perfect! We ranged in age from 3 months to 70 years. The layout of the house enabled us all to have space to be together, yet quiet places to retreat to. We had 2 couples, a family of 4 and another of 3 and sleeping arrangements couldn't have been better. The kitchen was used constantly ( we ate in for all meals) and was very functional. Loved spending time on the beach and the short walk to the Dome was fantastic for the coffee drinkers. The outdoor area was excellent and the pool was used on a couple of days. (not bad for September!!) We would certainly consider using the property again and would highly recommend it. We would loved to have stayed longer.

This is a wonderful property in an excellent location, with every convenience necessary for a great family holiday. With three generations all holidaying together, we had ample space in which to enjoy the L'Oceanne experience. We swam in the heated pool every day and beautiful Mullaloo beach was just over the road from the house. Jeff and Agnes were extremely helpful and we are very grateful to them for allowing us to enjoy a blissful two weeks in their lovely home.

Ten of us, including 4 children aged 6-10 yrs old, stayed over Christmas and New Year and L'Oceanne was perfect for us. The design of the house allowed both privacy and space to be together. The beach is a stone's throw away and when it was too hot, the shaded pool area was ideal. We ate lunch together al fresco by the pool and dinner inside as the sun set over the ocean. We did most of our own cooking; the kitchen is well equipped although we had to use some ingenuity with the cooker - but there is a barbecue as well. An added bonus was the pleasure of meeting and getting to know the owners who went out of their way to be helpful and to resolve the one problem we ran into. A great experience.

Very close to the beautiful beach,(direct beach access) , supermarket , Perth and other attraction around Perth (Swan, Fremantle).Very beautiful garden in the swimming pool area.all furnitures inside the house provided.Minus : Coffee machine to be replaced and Cooking Facilities to be reviewed because problem to use it correctly.Special mention for Agnes , Karen and Jeff for their friendly support during our stay.We recommand L'Oceanne for great and relax holidays.(sorry for my english)

Jeff lives for his Surf Life Saving, actively coaching Nippers and Open competitors at our local Mullaloo Surf Life Saving Club and Biarritz sauvetage cotier , he still competes at State, Australian and World titles yearly. Loves everything to do with water, still diving, surfing and sailing regularly.
Agnes was born in Paris but enjoyed most growing up in French Guiana.
In between we love visiting new places and meeting new people.

It is a very large house with 3 separated living areas, and a lot of space. L'Oceanne comes very equipped, especially our kitchen with modern appliances and it is very comfortable for 10 people.
