Beautiful new kitchen fully equipped with induction cooktop, microwave, fridge and many electrical appliances. Nespresso coffee machine with pods, tea , coffee, milk and sugar are provided.
Fully renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. Second separate toilet.
Large screen HD smart TV with blue-ray player in the lounge. Comfortable leather recliners. R/C air-conditioning in lounge and dining room. Heating in all three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a King sized bed that can be split to make 2 king-single beds and a smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a King sized bed that can be split to make 2 king-single beds. Bedroom 3 has a king single bed and a single trundle bed is available, if required. A full size cot with all bedding and a high chair are available for children under 2 years.

Under cover parking for 2 cars in our double carport and large yard can cater for several vehicles.
CHILDREN
The front and back yards are secure with a large lawn area for children to play. We have a trampoline and a gorgeous Caravan Cubby. Children can feed our friendly chickens and collect delicious eggs for their breakfast. We have a selection of family DVDs and books to choose from.
Coppards Rest is set on an acre of land with the hosts living at the rear of the property in a separate house.

Paul and Linda have been married for almost 40 years and have 4 adult sons and 5 grand children. Having both grown up in Geelong, we know the area well. Paul is an accountant, owning his own practice in Geelong and Linda enjoys gardening, sewing and baking.
Why they chose this property
Paul and Linda with their youngest son, Scott, moved to Moolap from Leopold in 2009 and lived in the property for 8 months while building a new house at the rear of their acre block.
