This Listing Is not shared.This Reservation comes with full use of the whole apartment. You can feel at home in this cozy apartment. Relax peacefully with your family. Our wifi is one word: Spectacular. With a capacity for over 40 Devices. Just Only One Rule : Please Avoid loud music late at night, and avoid jumping. In regards to the space: This apartment comes with a full kitchen, living room, one bathroom and 2 bedrooms, all available. The master bedroom comes with a queen size bed, a full sofa bed, an air conditioner, a night table, LED TV with cable, full closet, a full curtain set and a work desk, ceiling fans with Led lights in each room. The second room has a double size bed, night table, lamp, air conditioning, and a full set of curtains. There is also an extra foldable memory foam twin mattress inside of the closet if needed. The Bathroom comes with a bath tub doble shower plunge, toilet, and vanity cabinet. The living room comes with a 55 Inch Samsung Smart TV, coffee table, and 2 sofa beds. 1 Is a twin for one person, and 1 is full for two people. The Kitchen has a dining table with 4 chairs, an airfrying Microwave, and fully equipped the essentials needed such as utensils, pots, a toaster, blender, a modern 6 burners ranger with oven, over ranger fan, and a refrigerator. The house has a white fence and a second security door before entering the house. The apartment is located in the second floor and it’s fully useable by the guest that books it. We can help you with anything related to the location, transportation, business, shopping , and dinning district. We do not have reserved parking , but you can easily find parking around the house, around the block, or you can find the community parking 2 blocks east from the house for $5 from 9PM to 9AM or buy one per day fo $4 dollars per night residential parking tickets monday thru friday only Weekends and holidays are free. Guest Space: Two bedroom apartment. You can feel free to use entire space inside the apartment . The welcoming and comfortable bedroom, the kitchen for making meals and the living room. The lobby is shared with the 1st FL apt, which is occupied by our team who maintains the apartment. Our interactions with guests: We are constantly in communication with our guest , and are always looking for ways to help make their stay with us more enjoyable . Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and is around the corner from our popular Miller park . Getting around : There is a transportation via train, bus , car and ferry . You can find the most picturesque view to NEW YORK CITY just minutes away from the property at boulevard east. Catch an uber to the city of New York or travel through any of these 3 routes: George Washington Bridge , Lincoln tunnel or Holland Tunnel.
