Huge 3200 sq ft Lake Home with contemporary beach decor. 3 BR, 3 BA - State-of -the - art Everything! Private fenced in yard with 2 sided dual garage. Outdoor granite bar w/TV & 6 cushioned bar stools. Patio furniture, hibachi propane grill (awesome for breakfast) & 2nd propane char grill, outdoor fence lighting, tiki torches, propane fire pit all for evening for ambiance. Remodeled addition with Sunroom Bar!! Living Room, Library w/pull out day bed sleeps 2. Dining room all downstairs & fully remodeled kitchen (2 ovens) & downstairs full bath. Upstairs entertainment room w 70 inch TV (Lake views), Master BR (King) w wall mounted 42” tv + private bath/shower. 2nd BR (Queen -Lake views)! The devil is in the details! Please know, I don’t hire a cleaning company that cuts corners. I personally do all the cleaning myself to make sure every little detail is special & spectacular & the home is immaculate for your stay. I take a lot of pride in making sure your stay is 5 star & you leave with exceeded expectations wanting to come back to stay again without a shadow of a doubt. Our home is to be respected & taken care of as if it were your own. Enjoy all the perks of a beach town. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, park, pier, harbor. Out of 3 dozen stays in 2 years we’ve never had anything but amazing feedback from our guests on this site or any others. We only take reservations for 6 people or less. We do not permit outside guests & we do have security cameras outside of the entrances to strictly enforce this. Our home is quite awesome, we take a lot of pride in it, which is why we love to share it with good people.

Amazing place and owners!!!!

If I can give Tiffany and Christine more than 5 stars I would! They made our stay such a great, amazing experience! They made sure we had everything we needed and made sure the property was super clean and full of amenities! The house is located across the street from Lake Ontario!! Couldn’t ask for a better location! Easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee, ice cream and more. Walking to the beach took about 5 minutes. Plenty of room inside and out, the backyard is a perfect setup for small or large family to hang out, plenty of seating and yard games for kids and adults. Thank you for making our stay and travel such a great experience!! I highly recommend this place and I’m definitely going to stay here again!!

Great Stay!

Both the host and the house were an A+. Tiffany was super helpful with everything. The house is larger than it appears in the pictures with 2 large family room spaces, one on the main level and one upstairs. The back yard is the best we've seen. A 5 minute walk to the beach and ice cream. The only disappointment was that 1 bedroom did not have A/C. Also, one my daughter's allergies flared up which usually happens from pet hair. All in all, 5 stars.
