Peak Season Hours: The front pool is open from 10am-8pm. The half pool with water slides is open alternatively from 10am-6pm. The spa is open from 8am-8pm. Off Season Hours (7 November, 2022 to 17 March 2023): The front pool is closed (subject to change). The half pool with water slides is open alternatively from 10am-6pm. The spa is open from 8am-8pm. Pool parties are not accommodated at Cancun Resort Las Vegas. We are pleased to offer two towels per person/per day for use at the pool. Each person must request and receive their own towels (unfortunately we cannot distribute towels for anyone not present to receive them).

Alert! Late Arrival/No-Show Policy

All late arrivals must contact the resort front desk if anticipated arrival time will be later than midnight to avoid cancellation. Arrivals after midnight (resort local time) on the designated check-in date will be considered a no-show and subject to cancellation without advance notice.
