There were three of us ladies, and it was an absolutely perfect spot for visiting Nashville. So much better than a hotel so you would have room to spread out. An easy walk to Broadway and cheap Uber anywhere you would wanna go.

Location! Location! Location! Small apartment, but perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples. The location is amazing! Very clean & ample space for 4 (maybe 5). Host was great & checked in, but was not too much. Would stay again & recommend to anyone going to Nashville. Free covered parking was a huge plus!

I would have given 5 stars but for some reason I could not. My only suggestion is maybe anew rug in the sitting area. We all kept tripping over it. Too light of a rug. Otherwise 5 stars for us!!!

Space was great, would absolutely stay here again. Loved how quiet it was while walkable to everything. The pool was nice. Gym was undergoing a renovation so not much in there during our stay. Host was wonderful to work with!

Overall it had and did everything we hoped for. The location was great, a little less than a mile to walk to Broadway or less than 10 uber/lyft. It has a full kitchen and very cute decor.The price point was less than similar properties in the area.A few cons- the patio was not really in usable shape due to so many spider webs and bugs, it needs a good pressure washing, outside of what cleaners would do. You can hear people walking by, below you, and above you.

Place was exactly what we needed for a two day trip. Short walk or drive to any place you wanted to go to. Parking was very nice and the host was wonderful. Took the time to check in with us to see how the stay was going. Loved that we arrived a few hours early and was able to check in early. Would stay again!!
