Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience at Xanadu! We’re thrilled you had such a fantastic time and made the most of the villa’s peaceful location. It sounds like you found some real island gems too — Da Conch Shack, Mary's Kitchen, and those beautiful beaches at Northwest Point and Sapodilla are truly special. We love hearing about the memories (and new friendships!) made along the way. We would be absolutely delighted to welcome you back to your island home whenever you're ready for another escape!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. Most importantly, we are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall, found Xanadu comfortable and well-equipped, and were able to explore the island so fully. Guests who embrace the relaxed adventure of Turks & Caicos often find Xanadu’s location especially rewarding. We are particularly pleased that you enjoyed the incredible ocean views and crystal-clear water from the property. Xanadu’s North Shore setting is loved by many guests because it offers a quieter, more private, and secluded atmosphere while still enjoying stunning panoramic views toward Grace Bay. We also appreciate your comments regarding the driveway and arrival area. The back part of the drive itself is not part of the Xanadu guest offering and is used by the estate’s maintenance and gardening teams for storage, landscaping materials, and ongoing improvement projects, as the wider estate is continually maintained and enhanced throughout the year. That said, we are very sorry if the appearance in this area detracted in any way from your overall first impression of the property. We would also like to reassure future guests that any speculation regarding ownership is incorrect. Xanadu and the wider estate continue to be actively maintained and operated by the same dedicated hospitality team proudly welcoming guests year-round. Thank you again for staying with us, and we would be delighted to welcome you back to Xanadu.

We were delighted to host you in 2023 and delighted your visit to the beautiful Turks & Caicos was wonderful & restful. We look forward to your return in 2024.

Thank you so much for your beautiful review! We’re thrilled you found Xanadu Cottage to be such a blissful island retreat. It’s wonderful to hear you appreciated the comfort, privacy, and thoughtful design — from the peaceful bedroom sanctuary to your private deck and plunge pool, and of course, the little path to your beachfront hideaway. We are especially delighted that Yamali and the team helped create such a memorable experience. Their warm hospitality and care are truly at the heart of every stay, and it means the world to hear you felt so well looked after. It sounds like you really captured the spirit of the island — a little adventure with a rental car, a lot of serenity at the villa, and the perfect blend of comfort and ease. We’re so grateful for your kind words about our team communication too — it was a pleasure helping to plan your stay. We would be honored to welcome you back to Xanadu whenever island time calls again!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re absolutely thrilled you and your wife had such a special time at Xanadu Cottage. It sounds like you truly embraced the spirit of the island — relaxing by the plunge pool, opening the doors to the breezes, and starting each day with those beautiful ocean views from the lookout. We’re especially happy that the hostess and the team helped make your stay feel so welcoming — from the first rum punch to the morning cocktails at farewell, we love making every moment memorable. It’s fantastic to hear that Xanadu’s tucked-away location gave you the perfect balance: peaceful island living with easy access to Grace Bay’s best dining and shops — and of course, Rockhouse and the Cave Bar just a short stroll away for a little extra magic. We would be absolutely delighted to welcome you back to Xanadu for another unforgettable escape. Until then, we’re sending you both our warmest tropical wishes!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience at Xanadu! We’re delighted you enjoyed the peaceful charm of the cottage, the warm hospitality of the team, and the beauty of the surrounding estate. Xanadu is part of our private, four-acre beachfront retreat, and while a little light maintenance is sometimes part of life here, it also means we can respond quickly — like when we were able to fix the refrigerator the same day you let us know. As mentioned in our pre-arrival notes, some of our wonderful housekeeping team are hearing impaired. For anything you need during your stay, we always recommend messaging the hostess directly so we can prioritize your request without delay. We hope the easy access to the tidal Xanadu cove, the shaded beach decks, and the nearby stretches of beautiful coastline added to the spirit of island adventure! Thank you again for choosing Xanadu — we loved hosting you and hope to welcome you back to paradise soon.
