PARKING RULES Most guests park out on the street directly in front of the unit. The street parking rules are: Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.00pm (3 hour limit) Saturday and Sunday - Free (Example - if you have your car parked out on the street overnight the car is fine to stay on the street till 12.00pm before you have to move it OR if you come home for the day after 2.00pm you are fine to park out the front free of charge)
** Note ** I have a designated park out the back of the building should you wish to use but I just need to coordinate with other owners in the building prior. Its a bit of a tricky spot to park but I am happy to organise :)

Kathy’s apartment was excellent. Everything you could think of, Kathy had! Rooms were spacious. The whole apartment kept super cool with fans & aircon.
Excellent unit with everything needed, Kathy was a great host whose communication was great. Location was in Broadbeach was terrific- close to Casino, Shopping Centres, restaurants etc - all within walking distance. Highly recommend
We had constant contact with the host in the lead up and check in. The apartment was very clean and stocked ready for the children on arrival. Big enough to fit 2 families of 4 to holiday together and a convenient location to check out all of gold coasts must see destinations.
Perfect location for a function at the convention centre, quick and easy walk. Great place to stay with all you need. Clear check in instructions and info.

Fantastic house,had everything you would need. Great location.Kathy was very easy to communicate with,she even dropped off another gas bottle for the bbq when it ran out .Would definitely stay again.
Our family had a lovely stay in Kathy's property. It was clean and tidy, enough space for our family of 7. Kathy was very accessible and helpful with local knowledge and checked in with us during our stay. We would love to return in the future.
This property is well maintained and has everything you could need during a stay. Location is so close to the beach, playgrounds, shopping, and restaurants. And not too far to theme parks. Great coffee just over the road too! As a family of 7 we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. Thanks for having us.
We had a trade show at the exhibition centre and this property is a brief walk away. Kathy the host was just excellent and the accomodation was comfortable. Highly recommended
This property is in an amazing location. Everything was very clean, tidy and well presented. The owner has thought of everything. We visited with six children, one who is disabled, and we found everything to be easily accessible and convenient. We also had plenty of privacy for our family. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend!
Ok this unit was near and tidy, very comfortable and cheap compared to other places in the same location that didn’t seem as nice on the website. Ray to get a hold of the owner and she was very obliging to give out local info if needed. Enough items andr equipment were supplied so you don’t need to go out and buy anything except food.

Great location. Perfect for our family with 4 children. Was the best property we have found so far for our kids. The kids room is a great feature and allowed the kids to really feel like they had their own hideaway.
Property is very spacious and the kitchen is well stocked with all utensils etc you need to cook proper family meals.
We enjoyed morning walks down to the beach and having Woolies on the way was very convenient. Communication from property owner was excellent and very friendly and helpful.

No issues and host was contactable with good communication. Only thing found was the beds were really hard, a mattress topper would of been great.
And no aircon in the bedrooms. If it had of been hot they would of heated up. Only aircon in the living area.

Thanks Romana for your review I really appreciate the honest feedback. Just so you’re aware incase you come to visit the GC again the queen mattresses in both rooms have just been replaced about 4 weeks ago with bamboo pillow topped medium comfort. I do apologise that they were not personally comfortable for yourself and guests.
I’m sorry you missed in my property description before booking that there is an aircon in the living space but not the bedrooms. There are beautiful breezes that come off the river located next door. Unfortunately I am unable to install any other air cons in the property but I do have the biggest one I can have in the living space and fans in all rooms.
I love to take on my guests feedback and do apologies for your personal discomfort. I will seek to improve ! 😊
Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Kathy was amazing. Great communication. House was awesome for the 5 of us (3 adults 2 kids). Kids loved having their own big room to play in. Location was perfect! Quite easy to get to most places of interest. Would definitely recommend for families.
Great unit, spacious enough for the 8 of us. Very clean and well laid out. Location is handy to everything and walking distance to Pacific Fair. Kathy is very friendly and very helpful. Will definitely look at this unit again if we are at the GC.
