Cozy Beach Condo



**WE WELCOME WINTER TEXANS. SPEND SOME OF YOUR WINTER MONTHS IN THE WARM

SANDS OF SPI. **



**B** est **E** scape **A** nyone **C** an **H** ave. Your next stay at the

beach can be the best escape in this one-bedroom condo. It sleeps 6 on the 2

queen beds and the sofa sleeper in the living area. It is on the fourth

floor you can take the stairs or the elevator. You and your party can cool

off in the large pool or enjoy the hot tub in the evening. There is a full-

sized kitchen if you want to make a quick breakfast or buy some steaks and

fajitas and grill by the pool. Eat under the stars at night or in a covered

area during the day. If you choose to pack a cooler you can walk to the

beach, which is a short three-minute walk. If you want a nice workout, use

the Gulf View II TENNIS COURTS which now include pickleball.



When you are not on the beach, you can enjoy the condo. It has a nice living

area. Sit back and watch TV in the coolness of the unit. Take a nap on one of

the beds or stretch out on the sofa sleeper. You can surf the net to find a

seaside shop that sells souvenirs, sea shells, or a bathing suit. You can

google your favorite seafood restaurants or where the island zip line is

located. You can also sit outside on the balcony and watch the seagulls or

enjoy watching the people at the nearby water park.



All linen, towels, kitchen utensils, plates, shampoo, and soap are provided.

There are plenty of grills by the pool.



This condo is located in a perfect location. It is within walking distance of

the beach. It is right next to the water park. There is a large parking

area. It is located in a quiet part of the island. Easy access to Gulf View

II. It is just off the causeway to the right.



All guests must be at least 25 years old except children with parents.

Wristbands are required and will be in the condo upon arrival along with a

parking permit.



Hurry and Book! Our Condo usually books up during the peak season. We also

welcome Winter Texans.
