Rent house in the heart of a small Gardois village, on 1000 m2 of land, cicadas paradise, private and fenced parking.
You will discover the accommodation of 140 m2, Provencal kitchen, living room and dining room directly overlooking the shaded terrace and the secure swimming pool of 8mx4m, and completely private, just for you.
Garden furniture teak table, 8 chairs, barbecue and plancha are at your disposal. 1 office area, 4 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, therefore air conditioned, 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower and 2 toilets. The house is only for rental use. New bedding and appliances.

Holiday in Le Pin

We had a fabulous holiday, the hosts and people in the village were lovely and no-one spoke English which made us use our French, which was great. Very comfortable, functional house

We had 2 wonderful weeks in the house with our daughter and grandchildren. The house worked really well for size and comfort and the pool was excellent, particularly for the young children. The house is well-equipped and has a beautiful view over the countryside. The small village is pretty and has an epicerie where bread & croissants can be ordered for the next day.

La maison, très bien équipée et bien agencée, était idéale pour nous (cinq adultes et deux enfants). De belles randonnées sont directement accessibles depuis la maison. À seulement 30 minutes en voiture, vous pourrez visiter le Pont du Gard, le Gardon, une charmante rivière propice à la baignade, les cascades du Sautadet, la grotte de la Salamandre et bien plus encore. Marilyn et Roger sont des propriétaires accueillants et arrangeants ; des propriétaires très agréables.

Maison très sympa. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Village très sympathique et très vivant le soir (Ainsi que les wes de juillet). Nos hôtes, Marilyn et Roger, nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement. Toujours à l'écoute durant le séjour. N'hésitez pas à demander des produits locaux. N'oubliez pas de passer par "L'ami du Pin", on y mange très bien et les proprios sont très sympathiques aussi. Pour les belges, nos bières sont très bien représentées :) . Mille mercis pour votre accueil si chaleureux, ces vacances resteront un très beau souvenir. Gaëtan, Carole, Emie, Henri et Andrée.

Schönes Haus mit Caché, nette Vermieter. Leider haben wir diverse kleinere Mängel bemerkt, auf die die Vermieterin bei der Übergabe hingewiesen hatte: Duschablauf verstopft, Regendusche nicht benutzbar, Gartenschlauch undicht, Stühle Terrasse wackelig, Geschirrstücke teils defekt. Schade, dass nichts für eine Reparatur unternommen wurde!

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Marilyn et Roger, très bon accueil, la villa est superbe et bien équipée pour un groupe de 8 personnes, les chambres sont spacieuses et le terrain au top, c'était mieux que sur les photos ! Nous avons beaucoup aimé le village de Le Pin son bar et la petite supérette bien pratique pour le petit déjeuner ! La villa est bien située, proche de pas mal d'activités à faire dans la région ! Merci encore pour l'accueil nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le village est superbe, la maison de location est très propre et a tout le nécessaire pour y vivre, la piscine est bien située, près de la maison. La région est magnifique, certes, il fait chaud, mais c'est une chaleur sèche et pas humide comme dans l'ouest de la France, cela change tout. Quand aux propriétaires, Marilyne et Roger, ils sont très sympathiques, des personnes comme on aimerait en rencontrer plus souvent. Le seul point négatif est le suivant, les 15 jours ont passé trop vite.

Pool ist nicht so groß wie er auf dem Bild gezeigt wird … Unterkunft könnte etwas sauberer sein… Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und korrekt… Mit Kindern war der Aufenthalt sehr schön…das Dorf ist auch sehr schön.

Sehr freundliche Gasgeber die direkt neben an wohnen. Haben sofort auf Fragen und bitten reagiert. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr reuig, daher ist ein Auto unbedingt notwendig. Wir haben den Pool und die Ruhe voll genießen können. Wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus gerne weiter und werden sicherlich auch ein zweites Mal kommen. Vielen lieben Dank an Marilyn und Roger

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans la maison qui est niché au cœur d'un tout petit village très agréable. Les propriétaires et leur fils nous ont accueillis à bras ouvert et nous ont donné tout un tas de conseils très utiles. Ils ont été plein d'attention tout au long du séjour. La maison est impeccable, fonctionnelle et très agréable à vivre. Elle est très bien équipée et les espaces sont grands. La propreté est nickel et les services fournis également. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse avec une belle vue, de la plancha et bien de la piscine. L'environnement est calme et propice à la détente. Wir haben die 2 Wochen Urlaub in Le Pin genossen: Nette Vermieter, sauberes, grosszügiges Haus, grosses, eingezäuntes Gelände, schöne Umgebung mit tollen Spaziergängen direkt vom Haus aus mit unseren Hunden, ein kleiner Einkaufsladen im Dorf. Einzig die Qualität der Matratzen war für uns nicht optimal.
