Our host Warren was a true gent in every sense and made us feel very welcome ensuring that our 2 grandkids could make use of the kayaks that were there. There was a small issue with the toilet cistern which was resolved after Warren got a new part And as an ex plumber, I quickly replaced. The accommodation could be considered rustic, but everything worked and was perfect for our stay.

Thank you for your review, and help in fixing the leaks in the toilet cistern which was very much appreciated. I'm glad the grandkids were able to use the kayaks.
A very relaxing stay. Lots of beautiful dog friendly beaches near by. Drove around the area including out to Kangaroo Valley and Fitzroy Falls. Nearby Huskisson has several great pubs, cafes and restaurants. However I think the best was sitting by the lake with a drink watching the sunset.

Thank you for your review. I'm glad you had a relaxing stay and enjoyed the sunsets, while also finding time to explore nearby areas.
Wonderful location and incredibly relaxing, whilst just a short drive away from the hustle and bustle of Husky and the amazing beaches. Our son loved the kayaks, fire pit, local wildlife and hammock and great that our dog could join us. The property is more on the quaint than modern side, but that added to its character. Was a bit pricey for our stay and could do with a bit more crockery, but otherwise we couldn’t fault it.

The house is super cosy with backyard access to the bay, kayaks to watch the sunset in and only 5-10 mins from some of the worlds best beaches. Perfect for chilling on the couch or by the firepit and reading or as a launch base for a weekend of adventure. Warren was also one of the best hosts we've had.
