About this property
On the Village Green at Matarangi
Three bedroom home on the Village Green.
Fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Two recently renovated bathrooms.
Tastefully furnished.
One king bed room with walk in robe and en-suite. One queen bedroom and one bunk room with one set of bunks and two single beds for the kids. All beds have feather and down duvets and pillows.
Outdoor shower for when you return from beach.
Assortment of bikes for use.
Our home is up a long driveway with parking for three cars.
It fronts onto the reserve which has a playground at the end and leads directly to the beach. No roads to cross.
Sit on the sunny north facing deck and watch them ids play, or relax in the shade in the hammock.
Works well with two families.
Although this is our own personal beach house we have been successfully renting fir the past 12 years and have received lots of wonderful reviews on this and other websites. Because we have just relisted with this website after a twelve month break our previous reviews are no longer able to be viewed.
