This place is amazing, so close to town and yet isolated in bush land. The house is awesome with the open plan living and outdoor area. Will be staying there again
Great location. 4mins from town centre. Large property with 5 bedrooms. 3 living areas. Well equipped with everything we need. Truly home away from home experience
This property is even better than the photos. Clean, well stocked and walking distance to town. The indoor / outdoor entertaining and dining is spectacular. I will book again!
Property was in an amazing location, not far from the town centre but still ample land and serenity. Home was really well stocked with all kitchen appliances and items to be able to stay in for meals. Heaps of bedrooms. Ample room for parking and to have visitors come over. Really enjoyed our stay.
Loved this place, it is so spacious. Rooms are a great size. Super clean. The location was surrounded by trees, but only 5 minutes out of Dunsborough. Everything you could think of was provided. The outside area was a highlight, I think we spent most of our time out there. Had the outside fire going, was really nice. Can't wait to return
Over all it was a wonderful stay. Lovely clean home, beautifully presented, cozy, beautiful view.
The only room for improvement we think is the lack of toilet paper for the amount of people wasnt sufficient and it was noted that we may need more in the information so you are aware of this. For the price, it really should be included. From the minute we walked in, there were constant reminders that CHECK OUT IS 10AM! It was a bit much, and we actually found it quite rude, especially when we were only staying for one full day (leave the guest alone for their 1 day). One email with all the details at check-in is sufficient.
Otherwise it was lovely and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Response from VrboOwner on 23 June 2023
On 31st May 2023 a message was sent via stayz.com.au booking platform confirming the address of the property and how to access the Key Lock Box on the day of arrival.
Attached to this message is a Map and Guest Information for the property.
Again on the day of arrival at 2pm an automatic SMS with the Key Lock Box code and an email were sent, included in the email is information on the home and in particular:
Complimentary Items
The house has been stocked with an initial supply of complimentary items such as hand soap, detergents, sponges, dishwashing tablets, and toilet paper (one on the holder & one spare) for your convenience. These items are not replenished during your stay. Coles and an IGA supermarket are located in the Dunsborough town centre.
All guest’s receive an automated Check Out reminder via email and SMS, to date we haven’t received any other complaints from guest’s. We will review the wording of the SMS and email.
Wonderful property, with a spacious layout and plenty of room for 8 of us with age ranges 11-17 and adults. Secluded location with plenty of privacy. Could easily have been a 5 star stay but for 3 things. For a property of this quality and for the price paid I expected more:-1. Many of the electrical appliances are outdated or didn’t work effectively eg TV in theatre room (outdated), dishwasher (didn’t clean) and the main room stereo (terrible 1990’s sound system)2. Cleanliness - the cupboards, drawers, light fittings and non general areas need a real deep clean. Main areas were great eg surfaces, bedding etc3. Great that the property had a games room but everything in it was literally falling apart. Please update.Overall, we had a wonderful stay but I feel the property could benefit from being brought up to date in some areas to make it outstanding.
This was a beautiful, relaxing property to stay at for a quiet girls weekend away. Everything we needed and surrounded by peaceful bush land. Highly recommend
We absolutely loved this property. Spacious, comfortable, very clean and located in a beautiful area. Very private and surrounded by trees with the bonus of only being a 5 minute drive from the center of Dunsborough.
Our family stayed here in the lead up to our daughters wedding... just perfect!
