Tucked away on a quiet road in sought-after Old Dunsborough, La Vacanza is a contemporary three-level home designed for comfort, space, and style. Step inside to soaring ceilings, natural light streaming through oversized windows, and a palette of soft tones complemented by hand-picked artwork throughout.

On the ground floor, a relaxed lounge and kitchenette provide a perfect retreat, while three beautifully appointed bedrooms offer restful nights: a queen bedroom with walk-in robe and private ensuite; another queen room; and a flexible king room (can convert to twin beds), both serviced by a luxurious family bathroom with a large walk-in shower, soaking tub, and double vanity.

Upstairs, the main living area opens to an expansive balcony overlooking Geographe Bay—ideal for sunset dinners and morning coffees. The state-of-the-art kitchen is a dream for entertainers, featuring twin ovens, a 900mm gas cooktop, Nespresso machine, and a stunning marble island. A full butler’s pantry with second sink and dishwasher completes the setup. Enjoy mealtimes around the oversized dining suite, then settle into the lounge for a film on the large-screen TV. Also on this floor, the fourth bedroom features a queen bed and an opulent ensuite with a freestanding tub, double vanity, shower, and a massive walk-in robe.

The third floor provides even more space, easily accessible by the lift. It features another lounge area, a TV, and its own kitchenette. You can step out onto the top-floor balcony, which offers panoramic views of the bay—ideal for enjoying a drink and relaxing. Please note that children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult when using the lift at all times.

The home is fully air-conditioned, except for the top floor, which is cooled by a ceiling fan. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and secure parking is provided in both the garage and driveway.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
