Located at 14 Brentham St Leederville. Surrounded by parkland and a great courtyard this villa has to be seen to be believed! The villa provides parking for 2 cars on the property and is light and bright with good vibes whilst being located in a quiet area.

Situated 1km from a cafe strip the villa is handy to a great continental deli bottle shop and lots of good restaurants if you don't feel like cooking.

Recently renovated and refurbished with new furniture, flooring and appliances the villa is modern and welcoming.

FREE WIFI Walking distance to train station supermarket movie theatre a fantastic water park Beatie Park very close. Entry to the freeway to access northern or southern suburbs . You will not be disappointed with Leederville it is a very vibrant suburb and very close to the city centre. If you need to travel to Perth for medical attention the villa is close to Princess Margret Children's hospital also Charlie Gardeners . It is only one suburb away from UWA university and of course our beautiful river and Kings Park a jewel in the crown of our city. The Leederville train station is close by and also a 24hr supermarket in the main shopping area. The villa is a fantastic family stay lots of space nicely appointed a leafy courtyard with BBQ . I have tried to make my villa as comfortable and homely as possible supplying lots of extras even home made cookies on arrival so book now and I will be happy to answer any inquiries .

Excellent Stay in Leederville

The property was located in a quiet street next to a park.The villa was ideal for our stay of 4 weeks both with facilities in the villa and all the good restaurants, bars and shops within easy walking distance of the property.Both buses and trains were again within easy walking distance.A very enjoyable stay.

Perfect location

Comfortable villa in a convenient location. Everything one might need is provided and great to have a little outdoor area to hang out in. The only not so great thing was that the oven was way overdue a clean, otherways really great place. Would book again.
