Came to visit friends in the area. Great location in a nice part of the city. Restaurants, bars, grocery, and train station within walking distance. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Although, the pricing was quite steep for what we were given. Overall a good stay, even if slightly overpriced.

Great location. Place was clean and comfortable. North Street Grille and Paramount are close and great places for breakfast & lunch.
Ideal location for a quick overnight visit—nestled right in Beacon Hill, just a short stroll from shops, restaurants, and the beautiful Charles River. A convenient and charming base for exploring the area.
Jay, our host was terrific! Small issue corrected within a few hours. Apartment just right for 2 older adults and a teenager. Location is absolutely perfect for a Boston adventure. Recommend highly!
We enjoyed our stay here for the night. The host was very responsive and check in was a breeze. Comfy beds and clean space. You are in close proximity to neighbors so if you’re a rowdy group this space isn’t for you. No parking included but we found a guest spot just around the corner!

Getting into the apartment was extremely difficult.
This rental is in a great neighborhood of historic brownstone buildings. We were in town for a Celtics game, and the apartment was within walking distance to TD Garden. The apartment was overall good. The kitchen had a number of broken/missing items. The dishwasher was completely broken and unusable. These things minimally affected our stay. I would stay here again.

The property needed attention — could be a great spot - great location - but property needed a deep cleaning - could not use pots and pans because they were dirty - coffee pot and tea kettle could not be used really needed to be replaced - microwave did not work - contacted host about microwave and he responded giving us instructions how to fix - this did not work — tried to contact him two more times about this but no response — refrigerator was leaking the day we left — unit needed cleaning and some attention and then would have been great. Disappointed

We arrived at the check in time and the unit was not cleaned. There was poop in the toilet, beds not done, food in the kitchen and towels on the floor. The host only had excuses and offered 50 credit. We had to get ready for an event in a disgusting bathroom. When we returned later the unit had been cleaned but because of the late hour on a Sunday, the cleaners did not put much effort into cleaning the unit. The floors and carpets were not vacuumed. The supplies had not been replenished. There was no toilet paper in the unit, no soap for the bathroom! The host did not make any effort to rectify the matter. The following day he messaged that he would have the supplies sent over. They never arrived. Only on the second day did the supplies arrive - half way through our stay. Host was not timely in his response. Worst experience at a rental property and I am a frequent travel and stay at rental properties 4-5 times per year.
Das beste an der Wohnung war die zentrale Lage. Nicht das etwas nicht passte aber für 4 Erwachsene war es doch etwas eng. Wir hatten aber eine wunderbare Zeit!
We had a problem getting access to the building but Lee quickly responded and took care of that issue. Also the cleaning people did not leave enough towels which Lee took care of the next morning. Overall the price for the apartment in the neighborhood that it’s in is fair. The queen size bed in one of the bedrooms presented a problem since due to a lack of space in the room the bed was against a windowed wall and whoever was sleeping on the inside had to crawl over the person on the outside. This probably would not create an issue for a younger group but we are senior citizens and this was an issue. However the major issue was the upstairs neighbor who has no concept of apartment living. This person didn’t walk, he/she stomped around the apartment and since the floor are wood with no carpeting it reverberated. They vacuumed the apartment one night at 1030a and was up every morning prior to 6am so if you’re a light sleeper, this is a real problem. The neighborhood is wonderful and convenient to some lovely restaurants, shopping and the train which will take you anywhere in the city. My complaints are not with the owner,Lee, who was very responsive but rather with the structure of the apartment
