About this property

Beach Cottage in the Heart of Mandurah

Absolute beach front – with private beach access!! Free Wifi, reverse cycle air conditioning, dishwasher, even a Nespresso machine this 3 x 2 family beach holiday cottage overlooking Comet Bay is an amazing holiday home.

Strolling distance to Mandurah Marina and walking distance to the cinemas, Mandurah Performing Arts and foreshore where you can hire a boat, kayak, paddle board or bike to discover the estuary, canals and trails of the area. x2 Queen beds and x3 sets of single bunks. A second toilet and shower is located in the laundry which is equipped with washing machine and dryer.

The bed configuration is:
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen
Bedroom 3: 3 Single bunks (6 singles) - please note this is a walk-through room.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately pets are not allowed at this property.

NO LEAVERS/FUNCTIONS PERMITTED

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES:

- No pets
- No smoking anywhere inside the property
- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time
- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 9pm

- The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.

Location is amazing, stunning views. House is mostly as described but needs some maintenance and would benefit from some easy updates to improve eg new towels, adequate cutlery to accommodate the number of guests the house can sleep (we purchased) Host responded quickly when we requested more outdoor chairs as not enough as shown in pictures.

Great house for young families

Great beach shack set up for young families, close to the beach with a grassy yard to play. Good selection of kitchen items to prepare meals and plenty of room at the table. Shona and the team were super helpful when we called. A great find.

What a great, quirky place to stay. Fabulous location. Everything you need including hand soap in the bathrooms, spare toilet rolls, plenty of dishwashing tablets etc. We were 4 adults and 6 teenagers and there was plenty of crockery, cutlery and room at the dining table for us all! We will definitely stay here again.

Original Beach Shack

An original Beach shack with ocean views and beach access. Well equipped, good location with air con. Driveway needs attention as it is hard to access without a 4 wheel drive, almost got bogged. The location is the best. We could walk everywhere. We were there during Crab Fest - it was so convient to walk and not need to find parking.

Family Holiday

We loved it at the cottage in mandurah and communication with the property manager was awesome. We will definitely stay again. The aircons in two rooms were not working but we compromised with the property manager as it was hard to get aircon maintenance in at such a busy time in christmas. They dropped off 3 bottles of wine and that was so cool. I do recommend that they up grade the driveway but honestly it was the best stay ever with such great communication with the property manager. Thank you to you all have a wonderful New Years and I will definately be back.Kind RegardsSeeley & Te Kanawa Family

Location is great. The property could do with a bit of maintenance and its very exposed without a complete perimeter fence, as a result we had items stolen overnight. With a bit of love and attention there is no reason this property wouldnt earn 5 stars.

It's perfect if you have kids

The place is great for kids they can't tear up the place . It's hommy like going to granny's back in the day . The bunk beds kinda smell a little potty I say that word becuase they didn't Like the word but other then that we had a great time . The outside setting is really what you pay for . Would rent again .

So good that I don't want to tell everyone

Perfect home for a beach holiday. We are two adults with four older teens and the location of this beach cottage was ideal - right on the beach with the feeling of “being away from it all” but close enough to easily walk in to town for movies etc. This is the second time that I have stayed and will certainly be booking again.
