Holiday Stay

This property was very central, well equipped, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone else con sidering this property for accommodation. Lovely area very historical and close to Launceston. Very quaint historical cottage revamped with modern bathroom anf kitchen.

Cute Cottage

Gorgeous little town and the cottage is a mix of old school and modern. Clean, tidy and comfortable. No oven available at the property, just a stove and microwave. Take own condiments such as oil etc, take own tissues, foil and glad wrap etc.

Cottage located in town and within easy walking distance to boutique businesses. Quality and attention to detail in and outside of property made for a most enjoyable stay

An Anniversary Gift

Booked for my parents 50th wedding anniversary as a surprise gift. They had a wonderful time. The house was gorgeous and immaculate, right in the heart of Evandale. The owner was lovely and very helpful. My parents had a wonderful time.

Perfect property in a perfect location. Arendon Cottage is a beautifully refurbished olde world charm cottage. Karen is an excellent host who has thought of everything. It is reasonably priced & accurately listed. We do not hesitate in recommending this accommodation and will be staying again.

The cottage was cozy , well fitted out with attention to detail . It was beautifully decorated in keeping with it`s heritage status. But the bathroom and kitchen fittings and appliances were modern. we really loved the proximity to shops and cafes.

Dainty little cottage in a quaint town.

Perfect location to use a base for travels around northern Tasmania. * Really close to the Launceston Airport. The cottage itself was clean, homey and inviting. Old character charm with plenty of mod cons. Fresh breakfast supplies and the kitchen kitted our with everything we needed to whip up a quick dinner. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back!

Cosy cottage in a quaint town!

Beautiful and cosy cottage with all the amenities you need. So close to Launceston airport but Evandale is like a town from many years ago. Lovely pubs to get a meal and a supermarket to stock up on anything you need. Definitely go to the markets on a Sunday morning. This was our second stay and we would love to go back. Karen is a lovely host but you only see her when you arrive or leave. Her property is spotless and the breakfast goodies are plentiful and fresh. Highly recommend!

Historic cute cottage

Presentation is lovely, very warm inside with everything you could need. Cottage was warmed up on arrival, with great intro to property and surrounds by owner. Lovely little country town to wander round and very close to airport.

Superb!

Spotlessly clean and well appointed cottage walking distance from the Evandale Sunday market. Brand new contemporary bathroom and very well appointed kitchen with breakfast goodies supplied. We were welcomed by the owner and made to feel very much at home. A perfect place to stay to explore Launceston and the north. Would highly recommend this place.
