Monsoon luxury home for 4 has been fully renovated in 2019!The house is located in Skiathos town more specific in the area 'Kotroni', only 3 minute walk from the famous papadiamanti street. The house is ideal for two couples or a family of four. The house has a offers a big balcony with seating and eating area! Everything in the house is brand new. The Monsoon house is air-conditioned ,both bedrooms and living room have brand new A++ air-conditions. Moreover bedroom number 2 has a ceiling fan.
The kitchen area has a large fridge, espresso maker, filter coffe maker, sandwich toaster, kettle and toaster and all the kitchen utilities .
In addition there is iron and iron board.Guests have private and exclusive use of the house and the balcony. There is parking space just up the road of the house, moreover there is public free parking space only 150meters from the house and the big public parking space that is 400 meters from the house.

We refurbished the house in 2019.I am an architect and I have done all the work regarding they layout and decoration of the house, Konstantinos works in private clinic and together we have two beautiful boys. As we live and work in Volos, our housekeeper will usually welcome you to give you the keys of the house. However we are available all the time to provide tips and help by text or phone.
