Perfect House & Location

The house is beautifully remodeled, and the location was perfect for skiing at Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands. Three families enjoyed celebrating Christmas, playing games and even had a bonfire and hot chocolate by the lake. Dan was a perfect host.

Booked this property for an ice fishing weekend. The home was extremely clean and everything was exactly as depicted. The host was quick to communicate and I would highly recommend booking here.

Beautiful location for all seasons

We really enjoyed our trip to the Rowell Roost! The house is beautiful decorated and worked perfectly for our group of 8. The location is great to drive to Nub‘s Nob or Boyne Highlands to ski! We‘d love to be back in the summer to enjoy the lake right out of the patio door!

Beautiful Sand Bottom Lake Home

This Property is exactly as depicted. The home is extremely well kept and looked brand new when we arrived. Both outside and inside look brand new. We had everything we needed, the kitchen and bedrooms, and bathrooms are well appointed, cooking utensils, etc. The layout is great and you can walk right out onto the deck from the centrally located kitchen. The AC works great. The dock is very nice with stairs that walk right down into the Sandy Bottom. The bottom is hard packed sand and you can walk out at least 200 yards waist deep until the drop off. I would have no issue renting again! Thanks for the wonderful stay! John
