Once again we were thrilled to be here!
This was our 3rd stay with Philomena and Brian in their perfect, lovely, traditional Irish Cottage! As always, the view and the area is the most beautiful in all of Ireland! The hospitality cannot be outdone, everything you need is already thought of and done for you, ready and waiting! It is hard to leave but, you will return again & again! Thank you both for the dream vacation you have always provided for us!

Breathtaking
If I could give a higher review I would. Words, like pictures can't even begin to describe the Stone Cottage. The home itself is impeccable, the view is unbelievable, and Brian is wonderful! You never want to leave!!

Beautiful property and location!
This is one of those rare occasions where the pictures do not due the property and especially the views justice. Everything was exactly as described, but more beautiful. I kept saying, "It feels like something out of a movie," and then reminded myself that it was. We slept with the curtains open (in the larger bedroom upstairs) so the view was the first thing we could see upon waking up. We rented both the larger cottage and the smaller one for our large family group and everything was perfect. Brian was wonderful to work with and super responsive.

Nostalgic Return
August 2023. 15years years later the same beautiful place. The first time the family came with my husband. This time to bring his memory to one of his favorite places with family. House meets every need. Close by cafe/art studio. Walks on the strand. I hope it won’t be 25 years till I go back. Thanks to the host family

I was born hear and my first language was Irish I Came from a large family of 8 kids. I became a nurse where I traveled to England for work in my younger days but my heart never left home, I returned where myself and my husband Alec reared our family.

Why they chose this property

Alec and I build the house as we wanted to share this piece of Heaven with our guests . Never have i grown tired of the view or even seen a place to equal the place that i call home.
Within a few minutes walk you are on the magical beach of clogher which you see from the cottage or Cuis an Naoa where generations of my family have fished from to rear there big family.

What makes this property unique

The view/Peace/Tranquility/Walks or Tracks and simple life... come and see for yourself!!
