RAINBOW PARADISE is a gorgeous modern sustainable house with HIGH CEILING, NATURAL AIR FLOW and AIR CONDITIONING, built on a SIX ACRES SECLUDED PROPERTY overlooking the Caribbean. It is located in the hills of North View Estates offering SPECTACULAR VIEWS of the surrounding hillsides, ocean and Manglar and Pela Bay. The private pool facing the ocean offers privacy while opening to unobstructed view of the Caribbean blue and emerald water melting into the infinite tropical sky. It also offers a great way to relax after a day at the beach or sunbathing on your secluded patio. The private access road is entirely paved for our guests comfort.
This four bedrooms home consists of three separate buildings, connected by amazing archways and extensive tropically landscaped patios. The master bedroom is located on the main level with direct view of the ocean and pool, and has a king size bed, along with a large private bath. The studio apartment is situated on the main level as well, but is separated from the master bedroom in order to offer more privacy. The two dwellings are nevertheless connected by a protected arched hallway.
This " casita" studio has a full bathroom, kitchnette, and queen size bed. A coach in the living area of the studio can also be converted into a bed.
The kitchen and living room are also on the main floor, facing the common plaza, the loan, the pool and the magnificent Manglar Bay down below.
The 2 other bedrooms are located under the main kitchen/living room area and are connected to the rest of the house by a covered stairway,close to the entrance of the upper bedrooms, making it easy for parents and children to be connected if necessary. But it is also designed to offer privacy if the guests choose so. One of the bedroom has a queen size bed, the other a double bed. They share a full bathroom located between the 2 rooms.
There is also an outdoor bathroom at the pool level .
TOWELS and LINEN
We provide an "airbnb"type of service.
Since we don't provide dayly house keeping, please read attentively the details under LINEN and TOWELS in the AMENITIES column. Please preserve those items in a way in which they are reusable during your stay. You can hang wet towel and cloth on the OUTDOOR CLOTH LINE located next to the master room.They will quickly dry and be refreshed by the natural breeze and sun.
PERSONAL LAUNDRY:
If you need extra laundry service during your stay, it can be provided for a fee to be paid directly to our cleaning staff. There is also a coin laundromat in the center of town.
