Hali'ipua Villa

The split-level floor plan offers a large"great room" on the 2nd floor with amazing panoramic views of the ocean. On clear days you can see Maui and in winter, whales splashing off-shore. Adjacent to the great room are the outdoor lanai with dining area, built-in Wolf BBQ and outdoor fridge. Stepping indoors, enjoy the living room, well-appointed kitchen with Wolff and Sub-Zero appliances, and sunny dining area. Wherever you dine and imbibe, enjoy expansive views of the blue Pacific, Maui and the Kohala Mountains.

Downstairs, you will find three bedrooms, each opening to a large lanai. All three bedrooms have ocean views. All of the bedrooms offer privacy with their own ensuite bath. The Master Suite with a King-sized bed occupies the entire left side of the ground floor. The morning sun shines on view of the Pacific and outlines of Maui. Luxuriate with you choice of soaking tub, walk-in shower, or outdoor private garden and shower. Across the hall is another bedroom with a California King bed, lanai and ensuite bathroom. The private third bedroom suite, with a Queen bed, has two lanais and another garden/outdoor shower off the ensuite bathroom.

All bedrooms have flat-screen televisions and full cable programming (Spectrum). High-speed WIFI is available throughout the villa with computer printer, AppleTV and a Bose speaker system set-up in the living room.

The villa is fully air-conditioned. Guests have access to two 4-seater golf carts. The location of Hali'ipua allows for quick access to the amenities and the beach at the Four Seasons Hualalai.

-Hualalai Resort charging privileges for Four Seasons pools, hot tub, spa, tennis, golf, fitness center, restaurants and other resort amenities (no access to the Members only Canoe Club or Ke olu Golf Course)

**2026 Daily Resort Fees vary throughout the year from $77/day for each adult to $237/day for each adult. Resort fees for children ages 5-13 range from $38/day to $118/day. Resort Policies also vary throughout the year. All details are available upon request. Note: Applying for the daily resort fees is not mandatory and you will still have access to the beach and restaurants if you opt out. Guests have a one-time opportunity to opt in for resort access on consecutive days only (minimum 2 days).

The Guest understands that access to the Hualalai Resort facilities is handled directly by the Hualalai Resort Concierge. All Resort amenities and hours are subject to change without notice. Further, no discounts or credits will be given to guests if the Hualalai Resort and Four Seasons Hualalai changes their Resort access and amenities policy during their stay. Guest understands and agrees that Agent and Owner have no control over the availability of the Resort amenities and use of the Resort amenities is separate from the Rental Property.

We request all guests to sign our Rental Agreement. Reservation is only completed once the Rental Agreement is fully signed.

Guests are also required to register with Hualalai Resort.
