The landscaping and pool design has been created by one of Sydney Award winning landscape designers. The backyard has an amazing pool with a great entertaining space. A sunken dinning space includes an outdoor BBQ kitchenette makes this space the perfect area to hang by the pool on that hot summers day.

The home includes 4 bedrooms with a queen and double beds.

Perfect for our needs!

Loved this house! Our family stayed for a week and the house was super for us. Our son is a surfer and there is fabulous surf a 5+ min walk from the house. Dee Why is a 15 minute walk away for various restaurants. Manly a short drive to catch the ferry into Sydney so it was a perfect location. Also there is a lovely walk along the coast from North Curl Curl Beach to Dee Why. House was great - incredible view of the surf and it was bright and airy. Minor detail but it was really nice to have a refrigerator that dispensed ice and cold water it was summer and the weather was warm - no need for plastic bottles!. Owner was super friendly and reached out to us before our trip to ensure everything was in order... Would definitely recommend this property..

This property was amazing

My friends and family visiting from Japan stayed in this house for 5 days. The house was amazing with everything you need. The service from the owner was very helpful. It is very close to the beach and to have a pool in the backyard makes for a great entertainment.

Modern Beach House North Curl Curl

We stayed at this house for 15 nights and had a great time. The family kindly left toys out for our children to play with, which won a lot of brownie points with us! We found the house to be conveniently located, clean, modern and perfect for our needs. It has two lovely BBQ areas perfect for entertaining family and friends. It is within walking distance to the beach and the pool is heated - which was fantastic as we were there during the cooler months of April. I would not hesitate to recommend this house to a family (but remember to ask for stair gates if you have small children) or couples, looking for a relaxing, comfortable and cool place to stay!

We stayed in the Modern Beach House over the Christmas and New Years holidays in 2013/2014. We found the house very modern, clean and enjoyed every day we stayed there. The house is a very short walk to a great beach called North Curl Curl. Having the pool was also a great plus. The restaurants at Dee Why are also good and only a short walk over the hill. If we come back to Sydney I certainly would stay at this house again and have no hesitations in recommending it to others.
