About this property

RUSTIC BEACH SHACK

Large family entertainer featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms only minutes to the Rosebud foreshore and Plaza shops.
Features include gas ducted heating, 3 air conditioners, ceiling fans, WiFi, microwave, dishwasher, BBQ and 2 fridges available for larger groups or several families sharing.

Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed with walk in robe and ensuite
Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed with BIR
Bedroom 3: 1 set of single bunks, 1 single/double bunk with BIR
Bedroom 4: 1 set of single bunks, 1 single/double bunk with kids TV/DVD area and bean bags.

All beds come with a mattress protector, for your own comfort please BYO all bedding, pillows and towels. There is a 7 night minimum stay during peak season (November- April) and a 3 night minimum stay during off peak season (May- October). Schoolies bookings considered upon application.
A security deposit is required for all bookings, this will be fully refunded at the end of your stay if there is no damage to the property.
Our house is an older property with it's own quirky character so if you're expecting 5 star please don't book here! But if you're after a relaxed base for exploring all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer then this could be the house for you :)
