This large family property is only a short stroll to Rye and offers...

This fabulous and large property is only a short stroll to the Rye township.

The property is fully fenced and perfect for multiple families to share.

Split over two levels there is so much room for everyone.
Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen complete with TV, Kitchen with fridge, oven and dishwasher and three bedrooms - two of these bedrooms also has its own air-conditioner/heater unit.
There is also a bathroom and separate toilet.
This area opens up on the lovely lawn area and is always lovely and cool during the summer months.

Upstairs is a large wrap around veranda complete with outdoor table and umbrella. There is a large living and dining area with a wood coonara and an air conditioner in the living area.
There are another 4 bedrooms upstairs all of which has an air-conditioning/heating unit.

The property is very large so can easily cater for large families and there is WIFI for your use during your stay.
Please note - whilst the property is pet friendly, pets are to remain outside.
You are also required to bring your own linen and towels.
If you would like a linen service, please ask for a quotation to be provided as it is easily arranged (14 days notice required)
Please also note that the bbq is a Weber that uses coals and there is a portable electric heater as well.
So much room to park several cars, boat or a jet ski.

Strictly no smoking inside and no schoolies.

The total price will include a bond, cleaning and booking fee.

Great location -lots of space

The house itself was great, has 2 kitchens and 2 living areas so there is a lot of space of big groups. Location is also fantastic as it’s only a 10-15 minute walk to town. The only thing is prior to us going, the neighbours had been complaining about big groups being loud at the house. We were mindful of this so went inside from about 7:30pm, had all windows and doors shut, and were playing music on a small speaker and still got complained about. The neighbours are pretty close on one side and will probably complain about any noise you make as it seems they’re already fed up with previous groups so just keep that in mind. Other than that the place was great and if you have a big group/family is perfect for a holiday.

Awesome getaway

Great location, walking distance to Main Street and beach. Great for all the families and lots of space. Showers were good but did run out of hot water with 17 of us having showers.

Good family getaway

Good for 3 to 4 families, convenient location, walking distance to beach and shops.Gas bbq was dirty and unusable. No spare toilet rolls left considering accommodation is for upto 17 people.

Spacious house and a comfortable stay for a big group

5 Families, a total of 17 people stayed 4 nights over the Easter Weekend and the house was comfortable and spacious enough for all of us; it was just what we needed. It was walking distance to the beach, shops and cafes. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and the showers had really good water pressure. The front yard was a great size too and the two dogs were very comfortable; not to mention the very many tomato plants growing with the tastiest tomatoes. This is a great house for a big group of family, friends or multiple families.

Perfect for a few families

This property suited us down to the ground, bedding was comfortable, the place was very clean and tidy, furniture was adequate and durable and there was HEAPS of room for people and cars. BIG TICK from us
