Whether you want to sit on one of the beautiful decks sipping coffee and enjoying your lake view or you want to take a short stroll to relax on the beach, Sunny Daze (formerly Lake Song II) is the perfect getaway for your family and friends! The seven acre lake of Ocean Sands gives visitors a chance to kayak, paddle board and fish with the resident turtles. You can hear the ocean waves while you sit and relax on the deck and getting to the beach is a short stroll away.

Want to stay home for the day? Relax by the tree surrounded pool or soak in the hot tub right in your own back yard. You can also head to the rec room to enjoy a cocktail at the wet bar while challenging friends and family to a game of pool. The quiet neighborhood is perfect for a bike ride, walk, or run. Make sure to take a walk around the lake trail! With smart TVs throughout the house, even a rainy day is fun! Sunny Daze is close to Harris Teeter and Timbuktuâ€™s shops, restaurants, and water sports.

Huge disappointment

The property looked nice online, but it wasn’t the same in person. Dirty floors, bathrooms, railings, & walls. Toilets & stove didn’t work properly. Screened in porch had 3 areas that were broken. The property is clearly not being kept up, nor is it being cleaned properly. Waiting on a response from management regarding the property. I have plenty of photos to back up this review.
