As seasoned senior travelers, who usually book through Vrbo, we know how to look for a good house which will suit our needs, and reading the reviews is always a big help. Our house in Sedona was perfect for us, exactly as described but with even more provided. By chance we were able to get in early while the operator was still there and he very graciously gave us an introduction to the house. He was always available and fun to interact with. This house is very close to Uptown Sedona and convenient to all the major highways, but was extremely quiet and peaceful at night. I would definitely stay here again.
Overall our stay was excellent. The hot tub was relaxing and soothing, while the location was walking distance to town for shopping and eating out. My granddaughter LOVED having her own place in the garage room, what 16 year old wouldn't. The only complaint I have is the shower in the master bedroom could be improved. Overall, I will return. Thank you Jon.
Excellent location. Close enough to walk to shops but no road or crowd noise. The house what’s a lot of liveable space. It was very well stocked in the kitchen and linens etc. We would definetly stay again. Highly recommend.
This home is fantastic - in every way! We had everything we needed and then some. It is cozy and clean. The location is beyond perfect. And the hosts are very communicative and very kind.
The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with everything we needed to cook meals for our family. The jacuzzi was a plus after days of hiking.

Karen was a great guest and I recommend her as a guest!
Vrbo emails me reservation details and how to enter the property. We get there after a very long travel day and wouldn't you know it, someone else is staying at the property. Apparently, VRBO did not automatically charge the second fee and the property owner double booked! (never got an email fro VRBO about this). Spoke with the lovely people who had booked after us and apparently some property manager named Bob would help us. Well, five phone calls later with no response (from Vrbo, me, and the current renter) we were left high and dry. Never did hear from Bob. Crappy treatment. just really crappy. No communication about any of this. Frankly, I hope Bob and the property owners step on legos and sleep on hot pillows. I will never use VRBO again. They were not any help either. The outside decor is super tacky.
What a wonderful house. Nothing fancy, very comfortable, excellent location within blocks of all the restaurants and shopping. We hit the jackpot during Spring break!! The space and comfort of the house was so much more relaxing than a hotel! The hot tub was great after hiking and the front porch rocking chairs were the perfect place to sit and relax. Jon, Bob and his wife manage this property with professionalism and care. Washer/dryer were brand new, and the place was stocked with everything you need. We will bring our family back!! First VRBO and what a great rental!! Location, comfort and relaxation were key!
Loved the proximity to everything in downtown Sedona. Great backyard with a clean hot tub and great night-sky views of the stars. Overall, great value for the money. Took off one star because I didn't realize the guest house was joined by a common area that someone else had rented at the same time. It took me by surprise to see a light on and hear voices, and it made me think we had double-booked the same property! I credit the owner for quickly responding to my text and letting me know the guest house was separate and that those guests had their own hot tub & yard space. Just something I feel should be noted if you're staying here because they are connected by that one common area. Didn't bother us one bit once we were informed, but it would have avoided a "surprise" feeling like we were not supposed to be there at first. Don't let this deter you, though. It was a wonderful home, with everything and more we could ask for. We will definitely be back!
Everything was clean and we loved the location. The only thing we were a bit surprised about was sharing the property with another group who rented out the guest house (which is attached to the main house). A bit weird, but luckily they were very nice and we hardly saw them. My kids loved playing in the back yard with the tar games there (thank you!), but it was a bit gross that the other couple had a dog and didn’t clean up its poop, so we had to scoop it before playing.
Loved the location, views, lots of space in the house. However, Bathrooms were severely outdated, and not clean. Shower curtain and rod holding in main bathroom was falling off, had to hold it. TV’s outdated- no apps or internet.Blind sticks missing- couldn’t open the blinds, Otherwise- made due with what we had.Over priced for accommodations.

Great location...house needs work and cleaning.
Stayed here for a few days with family. Loved the location but the house needed some work. The shower in the master bedroom dripped all the time so was hard to sleep. The owner did let us use the guest house to sleep but said someone was coming to fix it and never showed up. Saw in the guest book that this seemed to be an ongoing problem that needs addressed. Also, the stovetop did not work. House could be cleaned better and less clutter and more organized. Was happy there were games but then realized that they were just thrown in the closet and missing pieces. We were able to have a nice fire in the fireplace but had to buy our own wood. May have been nice if it was included. It could be a really charming house if it were updated.
