Malaga Herradura #25 with Private Pool

A modern-style single-story townhouse with 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and 2 full bathrooms, as well as its own private pool and grill, 3 TVs and Wi-Fi. Located in the gated community of Malaga Herradura, within an 8-minute drive to the Los Suenos Marina and Playa Herradura, Jaco (10). and the large Automercado supermarket (3 minutes).  We recommend using a car, taxi or Uber cab.

The 2 bedrooms have Queen sized beds and closets and their own bathroom with large rain showerheads. The Master bedroom opens to the pool terrace through a sliding door. It has its own wall-mounted 40" TV with cable TV and streaming channels, and a black-out roll-up blind.

The living area has a 40"-inch TV with cable TV and streaming channels, a comfortable couch that also serves as a futon for 2 children or teenagers, and a black-out roll-up blind.  The kitchen has a breakfast bar with 2 stools, a modern ceramic-top stove with touch controls and air extractor, a large side-by-side stainless steel refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, microwave, blender, and all necessary utensils.

The outdoor private pool and coral-stone deck allows day-round enjoyment.  The deck has two covered areas with ceiling fans. One area has a dining table for 4 people with and a wall-mounted 40" TV with cable TV and streaming channels. The other covered area has a seating area and a gas BBQ grill with wood-chip smoker accessory.

The unit offers a private internet connection with Wi-Fi router, cable TV with international channels, a two-car driveway, and a side entrance (good for when you're coming from the beach).

The gated community has 24-hour security, well-maintained gardens and streets and a communal area with a large two-level pool, complete with waterfall and plenty of chaise longues to bask in the sun. 

The pricing quoted here is for the entire property and the base price is valid for up to 4 adults. Additional children ages 3-17 years old are US$15 per child per night + VAT and will be automatically added to the total. Children under 3 years old are not charged this fee. The maximum occupancy is for up to 4 adults and 2 children 3-17 years old. Please note that the sofa bed in the living room is not recommended for adults as it has a metal structure.

PET RULES:
Pets allowed: only small to medium dogs (15 kg maximum, or two dogs that together do not sum up more than 15 kg) of quiet nature that do not shed hair.  A $25 pet fee (plus VAT) per stay per dog will be requested on arrival. This pet fee does not cover damages caused by pet.  Dog must not swim in the private pool or climb beds or furniture.  Dog must be on a leash when walked outdoors.  Owner must collect and dispose properly of all dog waste. The community pool area is out-of-bounds for dogs. There is a bowl at the unit that you may use for food or water.
