Rye Beach Retreat - Rye
Warm and inviting split level home located within a 15 minute leisurely stroll to Rye front beach and shops, so close enough to walk into town but far enough away form the hustle and bustle.
There is a spacious lounge, with separate dining as well as a family room overlooking the large outdoor entertaining area (half of which is covered).
There are also three spacious bedrooms, main with ensuite. Family bathroom located between the other two bedrooms. Each bedroom is also located upon separate levels which provides comfortable separate areas for families whilst still maintaining a cosy feel.
There are three large bedrooms:
Bed 1 - Queen bed with ensuite
Bed 2 - Double bed and set of bunk beds
Bed 3 - Queen Bed
