About this property

5 minutes walk to beach, parks, shops, restaurants/fast food.

Rosabella Beach House is only 250m to Rosebud beach and reserve, Park (Village Green), shops, cafes, mini-golf, cinema. The wineries, restaurants, surf beaches, parks, and golf courses of the Mornington Peninsula are all only a short drive away. Great for getaways for couples, families and extended families.

The front lounge has two couches, reverse cycle air conditioning and a 50" LCD TV, and adjoins the kitchen/meals area.

Bedrooms
1: Main - queen bed and built-in robe
2: The Bunk-room - double bed (with single bunk on top) + single bed (room for a family of four)
3: The Sunroom has a double sofa-bed, and doubles as a second living area - ideal for kids - has 42" TV and board games.

The main bathroom has a bath/shower plus there are separate toilet and shower rooms.

Enjoy the morning sunshine or shade under the trees in the backyard with full size clothes line.

Doonas and pillows are supplied. Linen is an additional cost (minimum fee $200) - request at time of booking.

Note the maximum stay is 28 nights
No smoking indoors.
We follow the Mornington Peninsula council Short Stay accommodation regulations and as the house in a local neighbourhood street we will not accept bookings for groups which are not suitable guests - e.g. schoolies (or under age 25), hens, bucks etc. Registration Number STRA1122/18

Lovely stay at Rosabella

The house presented with all that we needed and as described in the listing with clear instructions for check in and comprehensive guide to the property provided. The kids loved the ps2 and huge range of DVDs on offer.

Second visit just as lovely as the first

Love the old world charm and warmth of this accomodation. It felt wonderful to visit here again. The two living spaces at front and back of room once again came in ever so handy for break out spaces and the walk to beach so convenient. Loved playing the board games, sitting in backyard relaxing and the general comfortable and welcoming vibe of the whole place. Thank you, so enjoyed our stay here.

Location is epic

Location of house couldn't get any better. Minutes walk to the beach, shops, cafes. Ideal central location to drive to dromana, rye, or any other beach. Was clean, neat and had everything we needed.

Great place in great location

Very comfortable accommodation located in a great spot (short walk to beach with pedestrian traffic light crossing only a couple of streets up on main road). Accommodation is beautifully decorated. Kids were happily entertained by board and video games in the much appreciated second living space and the backyard is also a lovely additional little space to relax. The place feels well cared for and treasured and this just all adds to the lovely feel. We so enjoyed our stay and hope to return again one day soon.

It was a very nice and clean home. Wayne was very fast responding to queries. the only issue was with the aircon - there was just a split air one in the living, staying here on the heat-wave day was bit tricky. it was a very nice stay overall and really enjoyed it.

An Oldie but a Goodie

An old but nicely updated, comfortable house in the heart of Rosebud's holiday attractions. The house was clean and comfortable and we would be likely to stay here again. The property manager was easily contactable, even though we didn't need to call on his services as everything was in good order.

Clean house, great location

Rosabella beach house is a lovely house. Great for families or couples. It's located within walking distance to the supermarket and some amazing beaches. I am very happy with my stay at Rosabella. Highly recommended.
