Experience a delightful family beach house located in Cowes. This cozy and comfortable home boasts a well-equipped kitchen and an open-plan dining and living area on the upper floor. With four bedrooms, including three queen beds and one queen and one tri bunk there is ample space for everyone. You will also benefit from two bathrooms, two living areas, split systems, fans, and a spacious deck for outdoor relaxation. And for those who like to stay active, there is even a pool table. Come and enjoy the perfect beach vacation for the whole family.

You are requested to provide your own linen as top & bottom sheets, pillow slips, doona covers, bath towels, bath mat & tea towels.

Had a great stay, house was clean apart from the outside table which we had to clean and wipe bird poo off. Would have been much better if linen was provided too, but otherwise a pleasant stay.

Excellent location within a 15-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Facilities are very clean and spacious. Even has a BBQ, firepit, and pool table. Communication was terrific. Will definitely 'Stayz' there again. Thank you, Robyn and the team.

Great place to stay

This house was a fantastic place to stay. It needed little bit more cleaning apart from that it had everything we needed. Has two families with 7 kids. They had a great time. I would definitely recommend this place. It was not expensive and dog friendly so tick all the boxes.

Beautiful home in Cowes for family

I stayed 7 nights for a Christmas getaway with my family of 7 and we really enjoyed our time. The house was beautiful and clean and a lot of space to accommodate families and pets which was a bonus as my dogs loved the backyard and space. Overall the house was 10/10 as it was 4-5min to shops and Cowes beach by car, spent a lot of time in the rumpus room playing pool table with family. Great experience! Would recommend.

Family Christmas Holiday

The staff and check in process was good. Location of the property was close enough to walk to the shops and only a short car ride to the beach. The property could do with a good clean we needed to vacuum the cob webs and wash the kitchen floor on entering. The house needs some attention as none of the fans in the bedrooms worked nor the lights or lamps. We replaced globes on the first night. The dishwasher bottom tray was broken

Great location!

Our group enjoyed a wonderful weekend away and had plenty of room at the property. The house had everything we needed with an abundance of parking. The only downside was the house wasn’t particularly clean on arrival.

Lovely family house close to Main street

A lovely house to rent for families. Great big grassy back yard with fence. Pool table was well used. Doesn’t sleep 12 only 11 as only 1 tri bunk and a double in kids room. But we made it work. The Queen rooms are all well laid out. The kitchen utensils and pans / glassware etc could do with a upgrade but otherwise a nice house and agent Robyn was lovely and responsive when we mentioned a electrical issue.
