Original 1960's fibro small house, this 1 Bedroom property boasts an expansive view out across the ocean - see Wye Point from the wide 360 degree deck, chase the sun all year round. With gorgeous king parrots, rosellas, finches, wrens, magpies and (at times) kookaburras, sometimes a night owl perches on the wire or a Koala comes for the new gum leaves! This holiday home is a typical and well loved local beach style classic delightfully updated with soft furnishings inside for comfort.
Comprises open plan and light filled, a simple kitchen with gas cooking, microwave oven, double sink, fridge / freezer, lounge with views and access to deck, Foxtel Pay TV (large screen) adjacent to light filled dining area views to forest trees and sea. This property has a split system air-conditioner / heater or x2 small oil heaters. The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the ocean (BIR's) , dooner and pillows (guests bring own linen covers) with a tower fan and electric blanket. A small (basic) clean bathroom with shower over bath and a separate toilet, washing machine (no trough), iron & ironing board.

A beautiful and secluded hamlet, Separation Creek is 7-8k out of Lorne. It has a private, picturesque surf beach (please note is not regularly patrolled), easy walking access to Otway forest (see Koalas), walking tracks throughout and is adjacent to Wye River with various recreational facilities, fantastic patrolled surf beach during summer, the Wye Hotel and Wye General Store. Enjoy day trips along the Great Ocean Road to Kennett River, The Great Otway National Park. Visit Apollo Bay, 12 Apostles, Cape Otway Lightstation and the Shipwreck Discovery tour, visit Warrnambool and more ! NOTE Guests are to provide own bed linen for Queen bed and pillow cases , towels and as at May/June 2021 firewood and kindling should you wish to use the open fireplace.

Unique charm all of its own the location has a lot to do with it, perched overlooking the Great Ocean Road and Ocean with the Otway Forest behind providing an ever changing natural landscape.

Walking distance to beach, walking trails amongst the surrounding terrine, easy travel to Lorne or Wye River.
