•You are asked to leave the property as you found it, neat and tidy. The cleaning service fees allows for 2 hours @ 45.00 +GST. This includes general cleaning of all rooms, bathroom, mopping floors, vacuuming and does include general clean/wipe down of appliances, stove, and refrigerator. Any additional cleaning time required as a result of the property being left in an untidy state will be deducted from the ‘Security Bond’•
