About the host
Hosted by Owner - Michelle Keahey

Native Austinite and award-winning multi-million dollar producer, Realtor Michelle Keahey has been a licensed realtor since 1998. She is well-known not just for her market expertise, but also for her discerning eye and inspired taste. From Zero-scaping gardens to redesigning interiors; and sharing photography from her travels to entertaining at home, Austin’s vibrant real estate market allows her to combine these skills bringing keen insight and expertise in buying, selling or investing in real estate.
As her clients express, one of the best things about Michelle is her versatility. Her keen astatic sense and creative energy make her not just a Realtor, but a specialist of the “total home experience”. Michelle has helped innumerable Sellers with remodels, landscaping and interior design, consistently yielding them sales prices ten to twenty percent higher than they otherwise might have realized. She has also helped Buyers visualize not just what a house is, but what it could be, and how it might best be updated to suit their needs. Her attention to detail and uncompromising service in every facet of buying or selling a home continue to bring her referrals - and high praise - from nearly everyone she works with, for years to come.

Why they chose this property
This neighborhood was "up and coming" due to it's close proximity to downtown Austin and the entertainment district. It was an "affordable" neighborhood at the time I purchased it and since has become very popular amongst first-time home buyers that want to be close to it all.
What makes this property unique
This home is super convenient to everything and very easy to live in. On one story, with an open floor plan, a nice office with a view of the large shaded back yard and a doggie door for your "well-behaved" pooch. There are several large trees to shade the back yard to enjoy year round.
