This home has been meticulously cared for and updated with a contemporary flair. Its open floor plan and connection to the outdoors make it feel much larger than it is. Enjoy a large shaded corner lot and over 300 sq ft of covered outdoor entertaining space. The interior has been thoughtfully chosen for your enjoyment and discerning taste. Work from home? This home office is full of light with a wall of built-ins and a comfortable reading nook. The home is not suitable for small children. One small "well-behaved" dog under 35 lbs is allowed with an additional fee. Bi-weekly cleaning services are required for an additional fee of $90 per cleaning. Centrally located off S. 1st, you're just 5 minutes to major thoroughfares, trendy shopping, restaurants, parks, and the airport. This is a quiet neighborhood just 5 miles from downtown Austin.
