This property was just as advertised. Lots of space for everyone. We had a minor issue but Gary responded quickly and was very attentive. Overall, we had a great experience and would rent again in a heart beat.

The place was great for us. The kitchen is spacious and there are plenty of bedrooms to spread out in. The location is quiet even though it is near the highway and the beach is just a short drive away. The pool and ping pong tables kept the kids busy too. Gary was quick to respond to any questions too! Definitely recommend if you need lots of space!

The property has amazing views of the water and the bridge with great sidewalks and walking paths close to the house. And in a great location as it is very close to the aquarium, fishing pier, and water. The space is excellent for a large group with lots of room and bathrooms. I also love that the owners left plenty of garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies and towels. Gary went out of his way to accommodate our special requests and was very attentive and responsive whenever we had questions or needed something! We will stay here again!

This is a very impressive house in a great location. The host Gary did a great job of communicating with us. He checked in after we arrived to be sure everything was OK. All of the appliances worked and the kitchen was well stocked with nice dishes, pans and . utensils. There is a great view from the dining room table. If you dislike climbing stairs then you should not stay here. The garage has every thing you need to catch and cook crabs. We harvested cockles from in front of the house in the bay. The house is well stocked with games, puzzles and books. We will definitely stay here again if available.

This property is amazing! Great location, lots of room for relaxation and fun with an extensive library of books and games, comfortable rooms and a well appointed kitchen for all your needs. The host did an exceptional job with communications and questions. I highly recommend it!

Our group came over for a girl weekend. This home exceeded our expectations! The views from the house were phenomenal with plenty of off street parking. We were within easy walking distance from the beach and pier. Our rooms were clean, and the kitchen was well equipped for all our needs. The host answered all of our questions and made sure that our weekend was exactly what we wanted. I’m looking forward to future family vacations at this location!

Absolute, wonderful place to stay. Close to crabbing, seal and bird watching from the house, crabbing and clamming equipment. It was everything our group needed. We all agreed we would stay at the Happy Clam again!

This was our second time staying at the Happy Clam and our family once again loved our time there. The host is great and very welcoming, and the house itself is perfect for larger groups like ours. Everything is clean and the house is stocked with everything you’ll need during your trip. Looking forward to our next visit.

We celebrated my husbands 80th birthday at the house. It was so great to have a place all 10 of us could comfortably fit. The views are magnificent and the location is perfect. We had a great time. My husband said it was the best birthday he ever had.

Fantastic location

This is a fabulous place for our large family. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house has a great location if you want to go crabbing or a short walk to the beach. We definitely will be back!!!

What a beautiful place to stay

The house was everything it claims to be plenty of room for large families and more. Tha Owners are amazing and helpful. The home had plenty of things to do games, pool table, ping pong, crab pots and close to much more. We would definitely stay here again.
