This beautiful historic mansion, built in 1912, is perfect for a Manhattan weekend! With 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, you'll have plenty of space to gathre friends and family whether it be for an alumni reunion or to visit your college student or to celebrate a wedding. The 100% wind-powered house is a mix of vintage and modern decor; its comfortable yet stylish furnishings will leave you feeling at home!

There is one bedroom on the first floor with en suite bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms all featuring king beds on the second floor with 3 additional bathrooms. The third floor hideout has a great space with two additional queen beds.
