The Wyndham Grand Desert Resort (Wyndham Timeshare Resort) is located just one and a half blocks from the Las Vegas Strip and is located just down the street from the Planet Hollywood Resort. This stunning property is located within walking distance from some of the world’s finest dining, shopping, live entertainment, nightlife, and gaming. Amenities at the resort include, a fitness center, game room, business center, on-site deli, hot tub, and three pools with one being an adult only pool.

The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has 2 double size beds along with a second full size bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The condo has a nice size living room with a queen size sofa sleeper.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The remaining guests will be added at check in with the resort front desk. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The person responsible for checking into the condo with the resort front desk is required to be 21 or over with valid ID. The resort front desk requires a refundable $250.00 credit card hold at check in.

The resort is a Club Wyndham Vacation Resort. The resort front desk assigns all resort condos. If you have any requests it is best to call the resort front desk 7 days prior to the check in date. The listing photos are of one of the resort condos. The condos may vary slightly.

This location was so prime. We walked to breakfast on the strip and depending on where we wanted to go, the Ubers to and from the strip were cheap & accessible. I will definitely stay here again.

Loved the location, clean property, off the strip, but close to everything. This is our new spot, when traveling with the family. Pool’s were great, and everything was very clean and safe.

Wonderful property, great location & good host communication

Really enjoyed the Club Wyndham Grand Desert property and amenities. Well-run resort with great staff across the board. They were even able to arrange several units together in the same area of the resort (about 6 units rented across our large group).Our VRBO host was responsive to questions and provided good communication leading up to arrival.Will definitely return next year. Family get-together

My wife, myself and my brother stayed here, my sister lives in Las Vegas and my other sister and her husband came over from California. They didn't get to see the property but my brother, my wife and myself thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We used the pool area a couple of times and had a great time.

Best place to stay in Vegas!

The owner didn't have room for me at this resort, so they put us up in their other Wyndam property: The Wyndam Desert Blue which is our FAVORITE place to stay in Vegas. Its close to the strip but not on it, its beautiful, clean, peaceful, and the suite is fit for a king! You'll be lucky if you get to stay here!

Accurate information and good communication from the owner. The property is in a good location, convenient to the strip and highways. The high-pressure tactics of the timeshare property was pretty annoying, but I’d still stay there again.

Great condo! Fun pool area.

This was a great place to stay. Pool was fun for the kids. The resort had a Halloween spooky alley and booths set up which was super cute. Got chased down by the people at check in to sign up for the time share presentation- property manager was great to warn me about them beforehand but the sales guy chased me through the lobby.

The property was as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped. The only negative thing is that the hallway outside the room was littered with trash during our entire 4 night stay.
