If reservation is made less than 8 days prior to arrival, an additional $100 application fee will be required.

Furthermore, if a reservation is made on a last minute basis before Friday @12:00pm for a booking that begins on Saturday or Sunday of that weekend, there will an additional $200.00 charge required by the Homeowners association.

Perfect home for a week to relax!

This home was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Very nice and bright, beautiful view to lake and green areas. The spa was a plus and tranquillity was at its best! Beautiful gated neighborhood! Will stay again!

Lovely Winter in Briarwood - Naples, FL

We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely home on Terrazzo Lane in Naples! We had family here and the house couldn't have been better set up. Tammy and Neil are great hosts. Anytime we had a question or minor problem, they got right back to us and solved the problem. They have an awesome handy man that can fix anything and is super friendly. We would highly recommend this home and/or renting from this husband and wife management company. Until next year....

Enjoyable retreat!

We stayed at this property for February and March. The house is set up awesome for guests and has everything you need. The outdoor area is wonderful! You can sit in the shade using the beautiful new awning, by the pool, hot tub or outside deck. It was great that our dog was allowed - it's a nice area for walks. There were a few things that needed addressing and Tammy was so responsive. I'm giving it 4 stars because the grill didn't work well and the few things that are being addressed. But we would recommend the property and booking it with Tammy and Neil!

House at 1970 Terrazzo

This house has beautiful outlook on the back of the house and the awning is great for those warm days when you want to keep the sun at a bit of a distance. The house was quite clean, and what wasn't quite up to par for us was quickly handled. It seems the house has changed hands. The bedrooms could use with a little makeover and a chair or seat at the end of the king beds. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. it was definitely a plus to be able to bring our pet! Briarwood is so centrally located to everything we enjoy doing in Naples, and the neighborhood very friendly. We enjoyed our stay!

Terrific experience, Beautiful Home

We were extremely pleased with our experience at this beautiful Briarwood home. The community is safe, immaculate and has lovely neighbors. We felt very welcome and comfortable in the neighborhood. The house itself was just as described. Everything was cleaned impeccably and all linens, towels and basic necessities were readily available. The closed in pool area was our favorite place to relax and enjoy time with family. The views of the lake were beautiful, and we were just a 5 minute drive from everything we needed. The property management team was also terrific. They communicated well and were very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying at this home, or at any of the other homes managed by this team. It was a terrific place for us to get away for the holidays.

Wonderful property

The place is clean, updated, and has everything you could need for a Naples get away. The management company was especially attentive and responsive. I really appreciated everything Tammy did for us. We had no issues and would stay here again.

Best Naples accommodation what can you wish for

Is hard to imagine before you see it - is much better than pictures. Everything was excellent and was more beautiful than expected. Lake view and pool are perfect- and the area was very quiet. Very close to everything by car. Gated community do makes a difference. Tammy was there and responded immediately to all questions. We cannot wait to go there again one day.

Fantastic Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Briarwood, Naples FL. Perfect Covid getaway and place to socially distance. We enjoyed the well equipped home with pool/spa and impeccable service from i trip for any issues we had arise. Would book another trip at this location in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Getaway

We recently stayed at this house in Briarwood with our family and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation time. The house was really clean, had nice furniture and plenty of towels and such. We cooked a lot and found whatever we needed...the owners thought of everything. There was even an electric pump in the garage for pool floats and they also left bikes. My husband had to work while we were there, so the desk was really nice to have. The outdoor pool deck was large enough that we never felt like we were on top of each other, even with our dog running around. My in-laws appreciated having the awning to shade them during the day and even the outdoor furniture was nice and comfy. They really loved being able to watch their favorite TV shows outside while the kids played in the pool. Although this neighborhood was just a short drive to the beach, we spent most of our time by the pool and spa with our extended family. Our favorite thing was to be poolside at night with all the solar lighting around the pool. Those lake views were spectacular. They even had a hand held remote control device for operating the pool and spa. The other thing that impressed me was when I text the manager fairly late at night with a question, she responded immediately. Naples in general was a great place for a family vacation with lots of restaurant options and nice beaches. It's a gorgeous area. This was definitely a memorable family vacation for us. We plan to return and would definitely recommend this rental house to others.
