The cottages had no WiFi, no DVDs full of mozzie, no aircon and no BBQ area that was stated in your description. We stayed one night and left the next day.
It was a great place to share and rest a lot. The attention was also excellent since a lady used to gift us things, like cookies, muffins and all of that was delicious. The bathrooms worked well, the place was clean and the beds so comfortable. I recommend this place to the tourists that are going to the mountains to enjoy the snow
What an amazing place among the hills, overlooking tbe lake. Thankyou to our hosts who did everything to make us feel welcomed and comfortable for out stay.Stepping out of out wood-fire warmed cottage to enjoy fresh bread on the deck while watching the wildlife mill around the property. Spotting an echidna out the kitchen window was a highlight for the kids.We will definitely be planning a return trip when we can.
This place is clean and has what you need for your stay. There isn’t any wifi and no television but the host has plenty of dvds you can watch on a computer screen. Maggie is really friendly and helpful and very accomodating. Overall, this place was nice to stay at.
This accommodation is perfect for a family of five! Maggie, the host, was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming spot.
Great place to visit. We definitely could have stayed a few more days. Plenty of dog friendly activities. It would be a great place to stay at other times of the year as well We very much enjoyed Maggie’s baked treats and the Strawbale cottage holiday vibe. A bit warm because of a couple of very hot days so another fan or aircon would be great.
Maggie and Dave were lovely, delivered freshly baked loaf of bread and muffins that were both amazing. No oven in our unit but Dave and Maggie were happy to roast some chooks for us. Amazing location just a stones throw away from a great river access with picnic area (Bracks Beidge) which we spent
Nature. Birds. Bush. Quiet. Frogs. Kangaroos. Cows. Warm fire. Beautiful scenery. Delicious homemade bread, biscuits, scones and jam. Lovely walks on the property. Sounds of a flute playing a long with nature sounds. Lovely hosts. Stayed with a 4 year old and an old dog and was quite suitable.
We had a wonderful stay at Frogsong Cottage, thanks to the exceptional hospitality of Maggie and Dave. From the moment we arrived, Maggie gave us a warm welcome and a thoughtful tour of the property, even greeting us with a loaf of freshly baked bread. The following morning, breakfast was provided, complete with delicious muffins fresh from the oven. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. With beautiful surrounds, Frogsong Cottage provides a peaceful retreat for relaxing. We highly recommend staying here — it's a true gem!
