This property was perfect! Centrally located for day trips all over the kenai peninsula. Kristie was absolutely fabulous - soo great that I even extended a few extra days. Would highly recommend !
It was a very well kept and clean apartment. Pretty much everything thing that was promised and expected.

The first night we had an apt. with a clogged bathtub full of water; sluggish toilet and sink; and questionable bed linens. We moved to another unit the next day and the only issue was no towel rack in bathroom, where it looked like it had been pulled off the wall.
Property was manageable for us; but not sure we would rent again. It was close to activities and easy to travel around the area,

When Pam checked in at 11:00 pm, she notified me immediately that she felt that the shower and toilet were “sluggish”. I immediately offered her another apt, refunded her $100 for the inconvenience made an appointment for maintenance . When the plumber arrived the next day (apartment that she had moved out of) he said he couldn’t find a problem. She is lying about the towel rack in second apartment. This is the kind of guest that can’t be pleased and not one you want on your property.
Property was clean , within walking distance of downtown attractions and a pretty waterfall . It is rustic but very adequate. Weather was wet and so was parking area. Bit of a problem contacting host due to cellphone issue but the cleaning crew solved it for us.
Stayed here for a fishing trip. About two hours from Homer for halibut fishing and 30 min from kasilof fishing. Good location, clean apartment, just kind of an old smell as the building is old but overall it was clean.
The apartment was very clean, kitchen had everything necessary to cook meals in, huge closets and comfortable beds. You can tell owner takes pride in her place. We were very happy with our stay!
Alaska is famous for rustic accomodations. This was a very good place for our needs. Our primary needs were met. Not the Hilton, but far better than many places available in the area.
We stayed at this location and had a great experience. The manager was very helpful when we needed something. And was very timely in her responses. Thank you so much. We highly recommend. A+++++++
