LOCATION: Situated 600 m from the magnificent SMITHS Surf Beach, one block from the corner store but tucked away with a private garden at the end of a small court, it is your own private haven. All are just 2.5 km from the Phillip Island GP Circuit.

TASTEFUL natural materials have been used throughout - granite benchtops, polished floorboards, neutral colour tone, massive leather sofas, comfortable quality beds and a well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances

DECKS at both the front and back of the house. The front of the house features a generous north-facing entertainment deck with 4 burner BBQ. The deck sits under a magnificent pandanus overlooking a small lawn and a great garden area. Shut the front gate and the kids can play safely. The back deck is undercover with a table tennis table. It leads to an external laundry - great for your wetsuits, boards, and push bikes.

UNDERCOVER PARKING for multiple motorbikes or one car. Room to park four cars off the street. A gate lock is provided if you want to lock up your bikes or cars before heading out to the many restaurants in Cowes.

Bed Configuration

3 Bernard Court is set up to comfortably sleep a maximum of 10 people

Bedroom 1: One Tri-bunk (double on the bottom, single on the top) this bedroom has an internal door but also a sliding door onto the front deck

Bedroom 2: One Queen Bed

Bedroom 3: Tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top)

Bedroom 4: Double Bed

All beds have pillows, doonas, doona covers and reading lamps. Again neutral tones have been used and rooms are tastefully appointed.

Linen hire is available at $15 per person and includes top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, doona covers, towels, hand towels, tea towels and bathmats. Please stipulate the number of double/single beds needed and they will be made up prior to your arrival and stripped after your departure.

KID-FRIENDLY: A bookshelf in bedroom 4 houses a range of board games and books. Possum boxes throughout the garden house many permanent possums. The garden is a fun place to explore.

PEAK SEASON: We are tucked away one block from the fabulous little Smiths Street Shop and off the main Smiths Beach Road. Park your car away from the crowd and walk to either Smiths Beach, YCA beach, the corner shop or the Playground.

PHILLIP ISLAND: Is one of Australia's top tourist destinations. Gorgeous beaches, hiking and wildlife (penguins and koala natural sanctuaries). There is a never-ending list of things to do.
